Seth's POV

I returned to my trailer after dropping Ava off to hers. Much to my surprise, she was in a pleasant mood today and didn't decide to give me the cold shoulder. Hopefully I managed to make up for breaking her foot.

The guys were sitting in a circle and talking about something intensely.

"What's up?" I asked, joining them.

"We are plotting revenge," Kian responded dramatically followed by a huff.

"Revenge?" I questioned, confused.

"Yes," Mason replied.

"What the girls did was not cool so we are going to join you guys with this stupid prank war," Derrick continued.

I grinned in response. "About time."

"Right," Kian said, getting down to business. "We are going to use their weapons against them."

"Okay, sorry but can someone else do the explaining without the dramatics," I interrupted Kian, which caused him to roll his eyes.

"What Kian is trying to say is," Derrick cut in, "that we know for a fact that Kyla and Ava have brought along things to use for their pranks. We could go to their trailer now and see if any of those would be helpful. If they're not there, that makes this easier. If they are, we distract them and get what we want."

"Sounds good," I said, shrugging.

"Let's go," Kian said.

Making sure to lock the door to our trailer to ensure that the girls don't end up playing another prank on us, we made our way to their trailer. Reaching it, we decided that I would knock and see if they were there. If they are then I get them out while the guys go in and find the things we need.

The guys hid near the back door while I knocked.

"Come in!" I heard Ava's voice call out.

Opening the door, I popped my head in to see Ava sitting on the bed with a book and her injured leg stretched.

"Hey," I said, going in.

"You can't even stay away from me for ten minutes?" Ava questioned with a straight face, her hazel eyes accusing me.

Okay, she was in a good mood. I grinned and sat on the edge of her bed. "I can't but I'm here because I have to show you something."

"What?" she asked, placing the bookmark in her book and closing it.

"Just come with me," I said, standing up and outstretching my hand.

She looked at my hand and then back up at my face, contemplating whether or not to come. Finally, she sighed and clasped my hand. I helped her stand up and out of the trailer.

"Okay, what is it that you want to show me?" she asked as we stepped out and faced the greenery in front of us.

I pretended to look around for a minute. "Damn, I think it's gone."

"What's gone?" she asked, curious.

"It-it was this really pretty bird," I said, still pretending to look around.

"You called me out for that?"

"Yeah," I mumbled.

She stared at me, not looking happy. She was about to walk away when I grabbed her arm, causing her to stop.

"What do you want, Seth?" she asked, starting to get annoyed.

"Um, where are Carla and Kyla?" I asked, realising that either one of them might be inside the bathroom and also, cause I genuinely was curious as to where Carla was.
