I know all of you must be wondering where I disappeared off to. It's a long story but I'm going to keep it as short as possible.
If you read my author's notes, you must know that I started off with pre-university. Honestly, I had an amazing time and I made incredible friends but then I found out that my dad was getting a job transfer and that I would have to relocate back to India.
After having lived for 7 years in Malaysia and having spent more than 13 years outside of India, it was a big shock to me and I just wasn't ready to move especially because I was having such a great time in my pre-university.
So, I got to spend 15 days in my pre-university and then I had to move. I came here with my dad and we quickly shortlisted a few places and I started doing my A-levels here. He left me with my grandparents, who are not the most pleasant people to live with. I've already been here for about 2 months and my parents will coming soon yay
For the past 2 months, I've been trying to deal with the whole situation. I was extremely homesick for the first month and I missed everyone back home, my friends and my dog and my parents and I just didn't want to be here. Along with that, I had the stress of catching up on my studies because I joined a month and a half late and to add on to that, I have exams coming up in 8 days. Plus, the teachers here aren't the best. CIE isn't a very common board in India so that just makes things much more difficult. Whilst coping with all of this, my anxiety issues started acting up a lot more than usual so it just a difficult time in general.
So, that's why I haven't been able to update. I just had too much going on and I was/probably still am unhappy. However, I am going to start updating this book again. I'm not going to promise regular updates because every time I do that, I don't stick by my word. All I want is for all of you to be patient with me for the time being.
