"Why should I give you a second chance? You're a monster!"
"I know I am," he whispered, "but I need you."
"Well I don't need you or even want you knowing that you took the lives of so many innocent people!"
He started crying. "Please don't say that! I'm sorry!"
I left him laying there in the street and took Gabby with me before he could hurt her. I had to find a new home for her. She was very unsafe here.
