Chapter 4

"Y/n?"

"Yea mum?"

"I've got a proposition for you."

"Alright let's hear it mum." I said stepping inside the house.

"Well I know you've been itching to go explore and take pictures of Paris, but I also know we have a lot to do here at home."

I nodded I was aware of the fact we needed to do fix up the house and get settled in."Go on mum."

""Well, if we can clean the house, unpack, buy groceries, and buy a few things for the house then you can have all of tomorrow to explore. I already made a list of what groceries and what house supplies so you don't have to worry about that. How does that sound?"

"It sounds like we have a lot of work to do! But, you've got yourself a deal!"

"Well come on y/n we need to explore the house and try to find cleaning supplies in the process."

"But mum wait, shouldn't we go out to buy the groceries and house supplies first? I mean we don't know what time the sunsets here and I don't think we should stay out late.." I said feeling uneasy about the idea of being out after sundown in a city we just got to.

Mum turned to me giving me a loving smile. "Ah, my little y/n thinking ahead. Good thinking, I'll dial a cab."

*Time Skip*
Mum and I got home around 5:30 and the sun was already setting! I'm glad we went shopping first it was getting dark out quicker than I thought.

"Alright y/n now that we have our things now we can explore the house, and clean."

I giggled, "Yes mum , now we can explore."

"You forgot the cleaning part."

I sighed, "yes, we can start cleaning now too."

*Another time skip because cleaning is boring 😂*

Mum and I had split the job in half. She cleaned downstairs and I cleaned upstairs. The rooms here were nice. So far I had cleaned 2/3 of the rooms. I was standing in front of the last one right now. The rooms were a nice size, they were fully equipped with furniture but didn't have much decoration. Luckily mum and I had found cute little things to personalize our rooms.

I opened the door to the last room I had to clean. I gasped, this...this was my room. The walls were a beautiful soft mint color. It was fully equipped with a large white vanity dresser, a nice sized white bed with a nice light gray comforter, a white book case on the wall, a small walk in closet in the hallway space that connected to a small bathroom and a medium size white work space desk/table, and finally it had a bay window. This is incredible, it was absolutely gorgeous! This room was so cleverly organized even though it wasn't gigantic it fit all these things in it and still made the room feel spacey. To say the least I loved, this room.
Okay y/n we can admire this room later, now we need to dust this place.

AN: Hi! This is a filler chapter. I thought I'd update now and then post the next part later when I'm done with it so I won't keep you guys waiting.

Did you guys see episode 14!? I saw it yesterday at 1 am but It was in French and I couldn't find a English sub one. I was just able to fully enjoy it with English subs once I got home from school. I won't say anything just in case some of you haven't seen it.
