Having Mavis calmed down and asleep, I feel relief come over me, now I can do something that is time consuming and hopefully no one else is out there. Well, Quidditch practice might be going on, but being the backup you really can't do anything besides stand on the side lines and watch everyone else practice. Since Malfoy likes to rub it in my face that he hasn't let me play one single game yet, I hope that changes soon. I'm dying to play in really bad weather and show people who they shouldn't mess with.

Finding my way down to the field I see my house practicing, everyone is down there and flying about, taking things seriously when their next game comes up, which I think is against Hufflepuff.

"Ah, look who decided to show up! Munter girl!" All I do is look directly ahead of me, there is the stupid prince himself, I roll my eyes at him.

Why did I say all those good things about him when I was with Mavis? I must have been out of it. But, was I? I have seen parts of him that only his parents have, or haven't seen yet. But why is that? Being there at the right time and place? Luck? Most definitely not for him though.

"Ah Quest, I was wondering if you would like to join us, I was going to ask you during lunch but you left so quickly I didn't have a chance." I let it a loud gulp and feel stupidity run over me this time. I've done that so many times to Flint, I might as well keep an account on how many times I do that, cowardly act.

"Sorry," that's all I could say, I couldn't say why I left so early and without a lot of food. He wouldn't get it, that's one thing I know for sure.

"Did you get your report done?"

Report? What report?

"Yeah, I did, it didn't take too long, which is really nice for a change instead of those for Potions," I say back to him, he nods his head and points towards the locker rooms.

"May as well get suited up," shaking my head I summon my broom to me by whistling a few notes my brother taught me.

"Oh, I think I'll be okay in this, practice is almost over anyways," I leap on to the broom and zoom off to the others.

"What ever you say Quest," we all form a circle as the next drill is going to be announced, or at least that's what I thought, "now, as you all know our next game is in one day, one day, we have to play our best in, we absolutely cannot risk another loss. We are against Hufflepuff, they are a good team but we are better. Now I need Malfoy to step up your game or you are going to get traded out quicker than anything I've done before alright?"

"Why me!" Malfoy complains. Flint looks over at him with an unamused face. "You want her to play! You must have lost it, completely lost it!"

"Yes I do want Quest to play, and they are calling for interesting weather also, and she hasn't played in the last four years here, you need to give her a chance-"

"Give HER a chance! Ha! That's one of the most stupidest things I've heard all this year! And Pansy is attached to me, and she never shuts up! Letting Quest play will most definitely make us lose." There are a few covered up laughs in agreement to Malfoy's 'statement' about me. I know that statement was a complete lie, it was just for Malfoy's enjoyment of being in the spotlight for a change.

"Well then," Flint looks over at me with a smirk on his face, a new look for him, partially, "would you like to accept Malfoy's challenge Quest?" Malfoy lets out a loud grunt in disgust.

"She wouldn't dare to! She doesn't have what it takes to be in my place. She doesn't-"

"Of course, I need an easy challenge once in a while," Flint looks over at Malfoy with a smug face, Malfoy just says his normal threat, though it's utterly useless.
