I moved all of my stuff into my brother's house. He was 25 and had a son. His wife died giving birth to James, which was their son.
His house was ten minutes away from Jax. Don't you just love parents??
"Avery I know what it's like growing up with Dad. I don't care about anything you do. Just tell me so I have an excuse if mom or dad calls. I'm not your babysitter. I have better things to do."
I hugged him tight. "Thank you."
"I want to meet him though. See if he's hot enough for you."
I nodded. "Tomorrow. Right now I'm going to eat dinner with his family." He nodded, so I grabbed my keys and ran out the door.
I knocked on his door. This was the strangest feeling ever. It wasn't my home anymore..
"Why the hell did you knock and make me get up?" Jax groaned and hugged me. "It's still your house too babe."
"Well I didn't... Know."
He laughed and kissed me. "You're my family. Act like it."
"Is that Avery?" Rayne was cooking with the chef's she had in the kitchen. It smelled wonderful.
"Yes!"
She ran to me and hugged me tight. "We've missed you so much Avery!" I tried not to cry. I really did.
"I miss living here."
"Well let's eat," she smiled.
"Hold on Mom I have to get her something. We'll be right back," he said pulling me up the stairs to his room.
"My room missed you so much," he lied me down on the bed. It's been a week since I've seen him.
"I missed your room."
He kissed my lips. "I missed your lips on mine Avery."
I kissed his neck. "I missed you Jax. So damn much."
"Avery I felt dead without you here. I love you."
"Show me," I whispered.

"Food is cold!" Rayne yelled from downstairs.
"We'll be right down!"
I had just woke up. I put on one of Jax's sweatshirts and a pair of my shorts I left here. I don't think I could wear the clothes I originally wore here.
"You're beautiful."
I smiled. "Thanks handsome."
We went downstairs and to the kitchen beyond hungry. It was waffles and bacon. I love breakfast dinner. We scarfed it down and smiled at each other every once in awhile. After we were done eating, i kissed him goodbye and hugged rayne before leaving. I looked at my phone and seen that it was eleven. I got there at three. We slept for a long time what the heck?
When I got back to Kyle's house, I tried walking through the door and not wake anyone up. Failed.
"Aunt Avwey," James said holding his teddy bear that is mom got him while she was seven months pregnant with him.
"Hey sweetheart," I smiled. "Where's you're daddy?"
"He is sleep," he said pointing to his bedroom. "I want chocolate milk."
I went to the fridge and poured him a glass of chocolate milk.
"Thank you," he smiled showing all of his teeth.
"You're welcome."
I waited for him to finish his milk before going to bed. He's three, I can't leave him to explore the kitchen alone.
"Avwey I'm tiwed," he said rubbing his eyes. I picked him up, he wrapped his arms and legs around me and I led him to his bedroom.
As a kid I would have loved his room. It was blue and red and had every single one of his favorite characters painted on his wall, and when he turned the lights off, there were racecar night lights on his ceiling.
"Goodnight darling," I said kissing his cheek and laying him down on his racecar bed.
I went to my room and scrolled through social media for awhile. Kyle was sound asleep.
Jax: I love you Avery.
Me: I love you too. Goodnight.
I turned off my phone and turned off my light. If only my parents understood what it was like being in love. I love Jax so much.
It was like I couldn't breath without him with me, without sleeping in his bed. Without kissing him before he goes to sleep, and when he wakes up. Walking downstairs and eating with him and his mom before she heads off to work and then we have the house to our self.
Now I'm here. Living with my brother and his son. Totally not kissing Jax whenever I feel like it. Or anything else we do on a regular basis...__________________________________
