_____Xreader Take the egg. (Easter special 2)

You walked around the park, behind your siblings, who were participating in the community egg hunt. Kids were running, looking for the dozens on eggs that where hidden.

Your siblings had found about 40 eggs each, when the mayor spoke.
"We have collected all the eggs. Thank you and have a fantastic day. Food will be served at 4." It was noon.
Your 3 siblings ran up to you.
"Can we stay and play?" L/B asked.
You nodded as they ran off to the playground.
You were about to head that way when someone tapped your shoulder.
You turned around to see _____.
"Oh,______. Hi!" You said, trying not to stutter.
"Hi, Y/N! Do you wanna hang out for a bit?"
"Sure!"
The two of you walked over to a park bench near a creek.
"Happy Easter." _____ said.
"You too."
The two of you talked about different things before _____ spoke.
"I- ah, I got you a gift." ____ pulled out a silver egg, handing it to you.
"Why?"
"Just open it." ____ said, smiling.

You opened the egg, reviling a necklace with a flower chain.
"Y/N, will you be my- my girlfriend?"

You nodded excitedly, as ______ fastened then chain around your neck, his fingers lingering there for a few moments.

"I really like you Y/N. And now Easter is 10 times better."

"I really like you too, ____."

______ kissed your cheek and grabbed your hand. "Lets go find your siblings and hang out."
You nodded as the two of you head to the playground hand-in-hand.
