Clarity's POV

This Dimwit has the nerve to block my path.

"Are you hiding from me? Because it seems to me that--"

"Are you stalking me?" I shot back.

"What?" He squinted his eyes.

"What's going on, Cl--"

I placed my hand over Joslyn's mouth. I don't want my name to be heard by the freak.

"Mu-wuh?" Joslyn muffled in confusion behind my hand.

"I'll tell you later. Just go, k?"

"Fine." Joslyn forced. She walked away to catch the bus.

I sighed then finally turned around to face Dimwit. "What do you want?" I asked annoyed.

"What do I want? It's what you did."

"If it's what I did, it was what you didn't do."

"What are trying to say?"

"You weren't paying attention so that's why you got punched easily."

"Hell, you butted in."

"How? I was just walking and happen to pass by."

"You could've just kept on walking or turned around."

"It doesn't matter. You were gonna get hit anyway." I started to walk around him. He blocked every step I took. "Get out of my way." I demanded.

"What? I was gonna get hit anyway? Apologize."

"I don't need to."

"Say it."

"No." I kicked his right leg.

"What the f--" He held on to his leg.

"A**hole." I stared at him darkly. I scoffed and walked away.

Xavier's POV

I scoffed. Who the hell does she think she is?

Clarity's POV

As the clock hits 11:04 pm, I flick the lights off and plop on my bed after my shower. I was uncomfortable so I shifted to my left side. I sighed. Who the hell does he think he is?

*Buzz, Buzz, Buzz*

I grabbed my phone from the table next to my bed.

Joslyn's text:

What happened? You better tell me. I'll beat you up if you don't.

I chuckled. Sure, Joslyn. You may be stronger, but I'm faster. I didn't reply and went back to sleep.
