Repeating Apologies

------------Jakes P.O.V-------------

"Xana? Where are you?" I flew into the house.

"Upstairs dad!" she called from her bedroom.

I ran up the stairs quickly, I wanted to talk to her as soon as possible. I needed to make everything right again.

"I finished my room and downstairs, dad. I even did the bathrooms, so don't worry," she said sadly.

"Xana I'm so sorry," she gave me a confused glance "I shouldn't have been so hard on you, I should've trusted you, I just.....I don't want to lose you,"

"No shit, dad! You really hurt me, I thought you trusted me. But I guess you would believe someone who you don't even know over me," her face showed her anger and revealed even more sorrow.

"Xana.....I can't even put into words how sorry I am,"

She sighed "I know you're sorry dad,"

I wrapped her in a tight hug and didn't want to let go.

"Xana I love you so much," I kissed the top of her head.

"I love you too dad," she said hugging me back.

I finally had my little girl back.
