Sleep

Usually my sleep schedule is pretty good. Bed at 11, up at 8 during the week, and bed at 11-3 up at 10-11 on weekends. But then there's the time I have early jobs, like all this week. Bed at 11, up at 6:15.

And when I say bed at 11, I mean I just get into bed. It takes me anywhere from 1-2 hours to actually fall asleep. So on average this week, I have gotten around 5-6 hours of sleep when I'm used to 9. I'm not doing so well. This weekend I'm catching up on sleep. I'm talking 12-14 hours. My weekends are incredibly lazy if you didn't gather that from the previous sentence.

Friday: Up to 11-3 on some electronic.

Saturday: Sleep 11-12 hours, get up, pig out on chocolate and/or peanut butter on couch while staring at TV (Xbox, Netflix, etc. etc.) hot shower, early to bed.

Sunday: Get up 9-10 for church, get home, sit on laptop mentally preparing myself for the hell that is the upcoming week.

Yep. I am easy to please. Give me a jar of creamy peanut butter and some dark chocolate chocolate chips with a laptop and internet and I'm set.
