Umbridge doesn't seem able to tell truths from lies, so tie her up in her frilly pink lace and ask her if she would like to die.
She will most likely answer no. In that case, tell everyone she always lies and kill her anyway.
On the off-chance she answers yes, kill her because you have her permission.
