"well i-" lydia began to say only to be cut off by a loud scream. the whole packs heads swiftly turned towards the forest where the scream came from. "scott wait!" stiles screamed as scott began sprinting into the forest, derek closely behind him.
they stopped at the sight of girl who's clothes were torn and covered in dirt. a wolf was circling her as tears fell down her face and screams left her mouth.
the wolf managed to get one bite on the girl before derek let out a loud roar. the wolf quickly running away leaving the girl shaking with fear.
"who are you?" the girl asked backing up only to hit her back on a tree.
"i'm not going to hurt you," derek said as he slowly walked closer to her. he didn't know why but he felt a strange sense of protection over the girl.
"are you sure about that?" stiles asked only to be hit by lydia who was currently giving him death glares.
"ouc-" he began before lydia slapped his arm, her and his attention now back to the girl.
"we just want to help you," derek spoke offering a hand to the female.
"i'm y/n," she whispered before taking derek's hand, trying her best to stand. "i'm derek, derek hale." he said smiling as he held y/n by her waist.
"wow she made big, bad, sour wolf smile, she's a keeper," stiles spoke to once again be hit by not only lydia but allison to.
derek just sent him death glares before taking the girls hand, the pain slowly leaving her body and transferring to his.
