It was all but my little fantasy
You and I loving in my reality
Pale leaves dancing in the sky
It was love and was also a lie.
I wished upon the restless sea
That someday soon you and me
Together with a love forever
True love that I'll remember.
But the truth is so painful
Gloomy, fading smile, awful,
Roses fade and I'm desperate
Birds sing, love and also hate.
