For I felt so blue—this is true
I never thought that I would find
Someone who'd make me blind.
Goodbye, this is all I could say,
I love you - forever until today
Hope to see your smile again,
Knowing this will leave me pain.
This is my last farewell to you,
I would cry but I have to go
Our friendship and love is kind
I would sleep and try to unwind.
