The kiss good enough?

Jade P.O.V

Shutting my car door, belonging to my Gtr r34 skyline, my heals clip against the concrete floor as I stand next to my car, waiting. Han pulls up next to me, revving his engine a few times before getting out of the car.

"You got some skills." Han says, putting his arm around my neck, pulling me closer.

"We all know your the best drifter out." I say, fist bumping him, walking up the steps to the Toretto house. As soon as we open the door, the party has already started without us. 'Head bust' is currently blasting the speakers, and people almost overflowing the house. A few guys look our way, some winking at me, some just looking up and down at me. I knew I shouldn't have worn a tight black dress, showing a lot of cleavage. Han seems to notice, as he pulls me closer and leads me into the kitchen, where the rest of the family usually hangs out at party's.

"Where were you?" Leon says, spotting me from across the room, obviously worried that I wasn't home

"Out with Han, didn't I tell you?" I say, as Han leans us onto the kitchen counter.

"No, what were you two doing?" Leon says, sensing something between us

"Just going out for a spin." I say, flicking my now curled hair that will probably die down in an hour

"She's almost better at drifting then me." Han says, letting go of me, sending a wink my way

"I'll catch up later with you." Han says, as I wave him goodbye. I look across the room, to see what I think to be as Tej. He looks up at me with his brown eyes, the ones I used to see everyday at school.

"Jade, is that you?" Tej says, as we collide and engulf each other into a hug. His warm arms wrap around my waist, and pull me closer. His cologne fills my nostrils, the same one he wore in year 8. We pull apart and the questions start pouring from our mouths

"How are you Jade?" He asks leading me to two chairs, sitting me down on one

"I'm great really! What are you doing here, where did you go?" I ask, excited to know more

" I was living back in Florida, Miami. I guess I needed a new start, so that's why I moved down there. The other day, I realised that you and Letty lived down here, so I wanted to be part of your family, you know? So I flew back here, the place I haven't been to in seven years" He explains

"Welcome back to the family." I say, opening my arms, letting him hug me again

"Have you spoken to Letty?" I ask

"Well, I did, then I met her sister, Rose I think. She is a feisty one."

"What do you mean?" I ask him, giggling a bit about my best friend being feisty

" Well after I had a chat with her, I went to he bathroom upstairs to see her making out with a brunette boy, and it was heated." He said. Brunette boy? She never told me she had a crush on somebody. I'll have to talk to her later

"Okay, strange I don't remember her with anyone. Go meet the rest of the crew, I'll catch up with you later." I wave to him, pointing in the direction Dom is in, so he can meet him. Turning around, I see Jesse staring at me from the other side of the kitchen, looking upset. Walking over to him, I stand in front of him, as he stares directly into my eyes

"New boyfriend?" He asks, crossing his arms, telling me off like we are dating

"Huh? What are you talking about?" I ask, confused of what he meant

"That guy you were just talking to, and even Han! He was hanging off of you like he owned you, an-and he winked at you like you were dating!" He angrily yells at me, arms crossed

"Jesse! Why so defensive?" I ask him, wondering why he is like this. Hans my best friend and Tej my old long lost friend.

"Because I love you! I-I mean I- umm..." I cut Jesse off, putting my right hand on his head, and pulling his face, hovering over mine

"Your so cute." I giggle before my lips touch his. They move in sync, my heart beating so fast. My hands slide down his arms, that reach to his hands, as he gently squeezes them. Pulling away, we both catch our breath, looking down, not at each other.

"What a show, where can I sign up for more?" I hear Rose say, turning around to see her smirking. I turn around to Jesse and quickly peck him on the lips, as I let go of his hands and walk off
