Chapter 16~ Alone
(Serena's POV)
I don't know how long I've sat in this room crying. I would cry myself to sleep just to have nightmares instead of dreams. I hated crying and I got sick of it after awhile so I decided to go to Christian. As I slowly pushed open the door to his room I was taken by surprise when I found him sitting on the edge of his bed and holding his head in his hands.
"Christian......" I said his name as quietly as possible half hoping he wouldn't hear me. His eyes met mine and I could see the pain he was going through.
"So you've cried yourself out?" I nodded slowly at him before I dropped my gaze to the floor. I heard Christian get up and walk towards me before he wrapped his arms around me.
"I'm sorry Serena. I just couldn't lose you." I wrapped my arms around Christian as I slowly let the anger I had for him go.
"I know, but I don't want to live forced Christian. I want to see my family again." I felt Christian's arms tighten around me as he tensed up at my words.
"There's something I need to show you........"
