The day reality became a delusion (A HikaruXReader Fanfic)

Escape

As I sit there next to Hikaru, Kaoru on the other side of the room turns around and leaves. All the girls and host club don't notice, they only stare at us. But me and Hikaru notice. Hikaru looks back at me and back in the direction Kaoru was, with out a word, only one more sorry look back at me, he stands up and cuts thought the crowed after Kaoru, I attempt to follow, but the group that surrounded us now only surrounds me. I'm trapped in a circle of many many females who are all curious an I'm the only one left who could answer.
Looking in every direction for a chance to escape, I find nothing. Suddenly, I hear laughing then the ground starts to shake, all the girls start to move away in slight concern. This is my chance.
I dash to where Hikaru and Kaoru went hoping I didn't lose them.

I reach the door to exit the room, seeing Hikaru still chasing after Kaoru. Although they are a ways down, I manage to catch up with Hikaru. But in doing so I trip and fall, being knocked out.

I wake up in, what seems to be a hospital bed, but not a typical hospital room. What? Where am I? I'm so confused... My eyes are squinted at the light shining above me.
