"I don't get this," Joel groaned frustrated as he tried to understand the concepts of Chemistry. "Help me."
"Well concentrate," Mary Ann replied putting the pencil back into Joel's hand. His hands were warm and soft.
"I can't with you around," he replied gripping the pencil as if ready to break it in half.
Mary Ann laughed. "Oh hush and hurry we have to finish this."
Half an hour later they finished all their chemistry homework with 15 minutes to spare.
"The only thing I understood is that..." Joel began. "Is...C8H11NO2+C10H12N2O+C43H66N12O12S2 dopamine, seratonin, oxytocin."
"What the h-"
"I love you," Joel winked leaning in to kiss Mary Ann. She let that sink in and leaned in too kiss him also.
"Wanna be my girlfriend?" Joel asked after the kiss. He held her hand tightly.
"Of course," Mary Ann replied.
The bell rang that signaled the end of the day. Joel led Mary Ann put of the library to the bus stop where he left Mary Ann.
"Bye Annie," Joel kissed her cheek.
"Bye Joelito," she relied as she got on the bus.
