Chapter 12: Inhale the good sh . . .

"Dont try to act like you all that!" I say sitting next to him.

"Haha don't you know I'm a super star around here" he says jokingly.

" yeah I noticed that tonight, you got a couple true fans out there huh" In my head I was hoping he realized what I was saying.

"Ania" he says starring at me.

"Yes Dev?" I say

"Shut the hell up talkin bout them hoes, they ain't mine & I damn Fa shoo don't want em" when he said that I sort of just sat there feeling stupid, but at the same time I couldn't help but think he so damn cute when he serious.

He passes me the blunt. I sit there nervous as if he'll laugh at me when he sees me puff it in. Or whatever the hell y'all call it.

"Umm, it's my turn?" I say sounding nervous.

"Yeahh that is how the rotation go" he says with a smirk on his face.

"Baee all you gotta do is inhale & exhale. See look!" Then next thing you know he blows out a shape of a circle.

I sat there amazed. How do you control smoke like that?

"Here, Inhale the good shit & Exhale the bull shit" he says looking anxious for me to try.

And that's exactly what I did. Next thing you know we was just chillin & Vibin and talking bout are week and are goals.

Damn we both had ambition and dreams. I could really relate to Devontay, and my feelings started to get deeper for him by the minute.

Sort of felt like I was growing love for him, but I've never loved somebody before so whatever this feeling... All ik is it's something real.

"You want this last hit or naw" he ask.

"I'm good" I say choking a lil bit.

"Haha aww baby Ania can't hang?" He says smiling.

"I can hang" I say feeling embarrassed.

"Ha, you cute" he says while leaning in to give me a kiss.

I swear time freezes when I'm with this boy. It's like all the bad things disappear and it's just me & him - nobody else. I guess you can say he's my drug.

"Aye yo Dev!" Briana's cousin Kenny comes rushing in.

"I'm in the back room nigga!" Devontay yells as if Kenny's down the street.

"Aww damn, now ik you wasn't bouta fuck in my bed" Kenny says laughing.

"Naww I ain't that disrespectful, but wassup,? Why you come rushin up here" Devontay says laughing.

"Yo crazy ass ex Bianca lookin for you and somebody called the cops! So this function needa end asap just In case"

I wasn't even paying attention when he said cops. I'm too busy stuck on this Bianca chick. WHO THE HELL IS SHE?! I'm thinking in my head.

But two minutes later the police was there shutting everything down!

Devontay gripped my hand and we ran down stairs out the back door so quick, I almost fell trying to keep up.

In my head I was wondering, where my girls go? So hey, Guess I'm goin home wit Dev tonight...
