Chapter 55

Ashley POV:

I got to Nebraska, my mom told me that the neighbors son was going to pick me up.

I grabbed my luggage and went outside the airport. I saw someone holding a board with my name.

"Ashley Horan"

I walked torwards the person.

"hello?" I asked

"are you Ashley horan?" muscular guy said

"yes" I said

He remove the cart board from his face.

"taylor!?!" I asked

"blond hot chick?" he asked

"I never told you my name din't I?" I asked

"nope" Taylor said.

He open the car door for me.

"Thanks " I said

He went to the other side of the car and got inside the drivers seat.

"so you are the famous Ashley Horan,?" Taylor asked

"Literary" I said

"what do you mean?" he asked

"niall horan is my brother, din't you saw the news like 2 years ago. it was a big scandal" I said

"wait... you were the blond. You use to go out with Harry" Taylor said

"yeah but dont worry I don't do that shit anymore" I said

"don't worry I am not going to change my thoughts torwards you because of what you did 2 or 3 years ago" Taylor said

"and why would I care about what you think of me?" I asked

"because you like me" Taylor said

I saw my mom sitting on the balcony.

"look my mom is there" I said and got out of the car.

"yeah... she totally digs me" Taylor said

"I heard that!" I said and he chuckle

I walked torwards my mom.

"hi darling" my mom said

"hey mom, wow this house is lovely" I said and gave her a hug.

The house was a two story house with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It was comfy, I like it.

"I am so happy that you like it darling, come let me show you your room." my mom said.

My roo was orange. The furniture was dark brown.

"Mrs. Horan where do I put this?" Taylor asked

omg... I totally forgot about my luggage.

"right here would be all right" my mom said

If you haven't notice my mom is kind of fancy. I know my past behavior doesn't show it but I had to go to balls and all of that stuff that I totally don't like. Niall got to stop attending to all of that thanks to the x-factor. When I moved with niall I felt freedom. I decided to come back because I miss my mom but I don't want to start doing all that stuff again.

"ok Mrs. Horan" Taylor said putting the bags were my mom told him.

"Thanks darling, I think you could show Ashley around" my mom said

"that would be nice but maybe tomorrow, I am tired from the trip" I said

"ok, I'll come tomorrow around 1:00pm" Taylor said.

"ok" I said

Taylor went home.

"darling do you want some tea?" my mom asked

"yes please" I said

We went to the waiting area and Marta the maid came with some tea.

"Marta is still here" I said happy

"yes darling" my mom said

"miss Ashley did you had a nice flight?" Marta asked

"yes thanks for asking Marta" I said and she gave me a smile.

"how's dad,?" I asked

"he is good but you know that he is always busy since he is in the army" my mom said and took a sip.

I looked out the window and Taylor was playing with some little kids.

"Taylor is a nice boy" my mom said

"what?" I asked

"I know you find him attractive darling" my mom said

I just stayed quiete. Normally I would talked back or argue but this was my mom we were talking about. if yoy were a female you have to be "lady like" to talked to this woman.

"hows my little boy?" my mom asked

"he is good" I said

"is he still with one of zayns little sister" my mom asked

"yes" I said

"but she has 2 children of another man doesn't she" my mom asked

"yes" I said

"I think that's wrong...." my mom went on and on with one of her speaches about life.

"mom he likes her and she likes him plus she is a very nice person just let it go" I said

"excuse me" my mom asked shocked

"I am sorry but you can't expect us to be perfect human beings. We make mistakes but I don't think he is doing anything wrong with daiting her" I said

I got up and went to my room.

My mom was nice but sometimes she got to me. Since I am back here I have to pretend that I am little miss perfect again...

My phone started to buzz.

I look at it and I had a text from Taylor.

Taylor:

are you ok?

Ashley:

yeah why?

Taylor:

heard the fight

Ashley:

are you spiying on me?

Taylor:

maybe... let's go downtown unless you are still to tired

Ashley:

ok, I'll sneak from behind the house give ne a second

I got out of my room.

"your mother went to a meeting miss Ashley" marta said

"Thanks, oh and Marta I am going downtown with Taylor would you please cover for me" I asked

"just like old times huh?" Marta asked

"please" I beg

"ok, now hurry before she comes home" marta said

"Thanks "  I hug her and went out side.

"ready?" Taylor asked

"ready" I said and smile
