Part 14

Nate and I were sleeping peacefully in my bedroom the whole night. I was about to turn and sleep from the right side,when I heard my door opening. I opened my eyes but I didn't see anyone and I decided to try and sleep again but that was not gonna happen because when I opened them again,I knew that I was dead already.

There he was,my brother,shocked and looking one time at me and one at my brother. I tried to wake up Nate but he didn't wake up.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE??" he was furious. I tried to turn on the lamp which was at my bedside table but it didn't turn on!

"Ashton...please let me explain,please.." I tried to wake up Nate again but he didn't wake up either this time.

"You care to explain?"

"Just please listen to me Ashton!" I raised my voice but it wasn't a really good idea,because he got more mad.

"Don't you dare and raise your voice again to me! You're a whore! That's what you are Eva! You're not my sister anymore!" Tears were already streaming down my face and I decided that I should make him listen to me.

"Ash...please listen to me...I love Nate...and he loves-" he stopped me and started talking.

"You think he loves you? Eva for God's shake! He is using you! He-"

"Eva! Wake up! Eva!"

I opened my eyes and I saw a panicked Nate trying to wake me up. I got up, hugged him and started crying.

"Baby,it was just a dream. I'm here now...shhh,I'm here."

"Please don't leave me..." I wispered.

"Never.." he answered back.

"What happened? In your dream?" He asked and I was ready to talk after he whipped away my tears.

"We were sleeping and Ashton saw us and started calling me a whore and all that stuff." I took a deep breath and continued.

"But the thing that hurt me the most is that I was alone. Alone and in the dark. I tried to wake you up,but you didn't. I even tried to turn on the light but it didn't...!"

"Eva it's okay now...I am here...you're not alone..."

"I know..." I looked around and I saw that the sun had rised. So I got up from the bed and went at the bathroom to brush my teeth. When I got out,Dave was still at the bed,looking at the ceiling.

"Nate,are you okay?" I went and layed next to him.

"I was just thinking...that staying inside the house and hiding from everyone is difficult...so why not going somewhere just the two of us?" I thought about is for a second.

"Like where? I don't know wherelse to go.."

"We can go at my place for a few days..." it's not a bad idea at all...a few days alone,aways from my brother...

"Okay then,let's go. I can tell Ashton that I'll stay at Jade's for a few days. But he'll get suspicious if we leave at the same day..."

"Yeah you're right." And then I had an idea...

"I'll call Jade and tell her to come over and she'll "invite me" at her place in front of Ash and you could say that you have some things to arrange back home. Then,I'll go with Jade at the mall and you'll meet me there 2 hours later and we can go together at your house."

"That's a really good idea babe!" He then leaned his head close to mine and kissed me. I kissed him back and he was about to deepen the kiss but I got up from the bed.
