White Words, White Lies

Its always been

Within me dear:

When you were far

When you were near.

At a clasp,

Our hands will come.

Right now, together,

As if they're one.

Sweet whispers escape

Your soft white lips.

Against my ear.

Hips on my hips.

Deceit's cold hands:

They pull me in.

On your horizon.

White lips do sin.

A simple hand

In our own fate.

Might cause love to

Switch down to hate.

I always thought

We could be friends.

When talk no more ,

I tried again.

But I had failed,

'Cause things had changed.

We could never

Be the same.

But I held on:

With all my might.

White lips did slip

Blinded your sight.

To see through all:

My selfish-ness.

I longed for just

That one last kiss.

Life to love, and

Love for life.

Regret's cold hands:

Sunk in the knife.

I've loved you now,

Forgot you never,

Where is my always?

How 'bout forever?

I thought I might

Just come to say:

"No one has made me

Feel this way.

Except for you

Sweet darling dear."

White lies from lips:

I cannot hear.

Now I'm deaf,

From once so blind:

White lies of words:

Left so unkind.

You never wished:

To have me back.

Your white words:

A heart's attack.

One's desire:

Always to fight,

Is carried off:

Into the night.

And with it dear,

My love goes too.

Because white lies,

Were told by you.
