Toby's POV
We arrive at the hospital and at the doctors help her out of the ambulance, a doctor still doing CPR. I just sit there in shock. Not moving and not speaking. Spencer was always there for me and I left her, again. I can't lose her. I can't. I can't live without her. My life would be pointless. I love her and wanted to tell her I did but I couldn't. I need her. She aways said I was her safe place to land but really she was my safe place to land. My bestfriend. The one person I could always talk to. Sitting in the waiting room for three hours felt like the longest hours of my life. I kept thing of her beautiful brown orbs. Her silky soft hair that I want to run my hands through. Kissing her incredibly soft lips. I love her more than anyone. Our love is so strong we would always come back to each other but because of me being selfish, we didn't. It feels like my heart just stopped. I see the doctor come out.
"She's stable for now. We are keeping a very close eye on her for now." She says
Relief runs through my body. And the biggest smile appears on my face. I don't know why but I hug the doctor. I turn around and see the elevator door open. Emily, Aria, Hanna, Alison, Caleb, Ezra and Mr.Hastings run through the door. Spencer was gone for two months and now we have her back. They all see the smile on my face and can tell she's alive because if she wasn't I would be crying. We all hug each other.
"Can we see her??" Aria says.
"See need rest." The doctor says.
"No I don't." We all turn around and see Spencer covered in blood, dirt and scars.
I run into her arm and twirl her around in circles.
"Thank you." She says.
Next she group hugs Aria, Hanna and Emily. Then she hugs Alison and her dad. Then Caleb.
"I love you all." Spencer says hugging me again in a tight embrace.
"Am I hugging you to tight." I say after still hugging her for over a minute.
"Yes but don't let go," She says "never let go."
"I won't." I say as I feel her tears soaking my uniform.
"Where's my mom?" She asks.
None of us saying anything already knowing what she's been through and this could break her.
"WHERE IS SHE." She says tears forming in her eyes. She turned to me. I hold her and look her in the eyes and says
"She is in a stressed induced coma and she fell into the coma after you where kidnapped."
I see her turn pale. Tears rapidly falling from her eyes.
"NO NO NO THIS CANT BE HAPPENING!!" She says crying. I know what it feels like not to have a mother so I feel her pain.
"She will be okay Spencer, you will be okay Spencer." I say trying to help her.
"Will she really be okay and no I'm not okay and I won't be." She says while trying to walk away. I grab her hand gently to keep her from walking away.
"Please I just need some time." She says walking away crying.
I stand there still so surprised how strong she is. I love her and I will always be there for her. It hit me that I have to call Yvonne and break the engagement off but I don't know how I will.
