For the first time in years, Stiles felt a sense of serenity. The wicked fox demon that wore his face like a mask, also known as the direct source of his suffering, was no more, thanks to the help of his friends.

Maybe finally things can start getting back to normal, or at least semi normal before dealing with the supernatural became an everyday occurrence.

But of course luck wasn't on his side, it was as if some greater divine power was at work here, or some sadistic deity who just wanted to keep any bit of happiness out of Stiles's grasp.

It's been a few months since the whole nogitsune incident, but then of course Derek goes missing only to find out he was taken by none other than Chris Argent's supposedly dead sister Kate, who has been alive the whole time, with a set of claws and fangs of a jaguar to top it off, that was quite a shock.

And not to mention Scott and his pack do finally find Derek even though he was a teenage Derek and not the older broody Derek we all know and love. Even though they managed to turn him back, his werewolf senses weren't at there best.

Then came that mouthless assassin who looked like he could be voldermort's cousin, and also the dead pool that had most of Stiles friends listed on it..

Helping Liam cope with being a werewolf was quite a difficult task too. Oh yeah, and then there was Kate who turned Scott into a berserker. It's a miracle he was able to overcome it and be the alpha he truly was.
Derek was even able to somehow turn himself into an actual black wolf, which was pretty cool.

But Kate has escaped and is on the run, but at least she's not a problem anymore.

The pack was able to overcome every obstacle they faced thus far, even if some lives were lost along the way.

Allison came to mind.

If only things could be normal..

Stiles laid in bed trying to let sleep take him, but his mind was restless thinking of all the past events that have taken place. He was a senior now, he should of been happy but he couldn't help but feel anxious of what will take place in the future.

He was amazed he was still in one piece, he was lacking on supernatural abilities after all.

After changing positions on what seemed like the eleventh time, Stiles lifted his head and shifted his body to reach for his cellphone on the bedside table, checking the time..

10:09 pm

It was still kind of early, he normally fell asleep a lot later. A restless sleep, but still sleep.

'I guess I could read something till I fall asleep..' He thought to himself.

He swung his legs off the bed and felt the bristles of the worn out carpet crunch from the force of his feet.

He jumped slightly when there was a knock on his open door frame, Sheriff Stilinski stood at the bedroom door, peering in.

"Oh, Hey, dad. You're home early.." Stiles pointed out.

He normally leaves his bedroom door open when his dad is working on the job late.

"Yea, I haven't found any leads for any of those old cases so I decided to call it a day." He paused for a minute. "You know it's a Friday night..? Why does it look like you're about to hit the sack?" He questioned his son.

Stiles's eyes widened in confusion.

"Friday? You sure about that dad? because today is still Wednesday last time I checked.."

Maybe his dad has been spending a little too much time burying himself in files at the sheriffs office. Sheriff Stilinski looked at his son as if he had just literally shifted into a werewolf right in front of his very eyes. He furrowed his brows.

"I'm pretty sure.. if it wasn't Friday I'd probably still be cooped up at the station..
Are you feeling okay, son?" His voice slightly worried, maybe his son was just getting his days mixed together.

Stiles looked at his phone again, and indeed the home screen did read 'Friday' his eyes drifted to his concerned father, then back to his phone. He could of sworn it was Wednesday, he remembered picking up Scott in his jeep on the way to school today because his bike was in the shop. And Scott telling him he had to work overtime for the next three days until Saturday. That happened today. Today was Wednesday, but what happened after that.. They got to school and.. It's all just a blur now. How could the next two days pass without him knowing or remembering anything that transpired?
Wait his dad was saying something to him.

"..Stiles!.. STILES!" Sheriff Stilinski shouted.
Stiles snapped out of his thoughts, eyes blinking toward his father.

"Sorry about that, dad.. I think I uh.. I think I should just go to bed..even if it is a Friday night.." He admitted, lost in thought while rubbing the back of his neck. His dad gave him an unreadable look.

"I understand son.." he paused for a moment.
"And to think I brought home some pizza and thought we could have some father son bonding time, maybe watch that Star Wars movie you love so much.. But if you want to go to bed, then I guess I'll have to eat all that pizza myself.." He mused with a sigh.

Stiles sighed too. But on the inside he was practically jumping for joy. He hardly ever got to spend time with his father, he was always working on the job, which always left Stiles in a empty house by himself. So he took the bait he knew his father was setting. Stiles dramatically stroked his own chin as in he was in deep thought.

"Hmm.. I gotta say dad, that's quite an offer I can't refuse.. Besides what kind of son would I be just letting you eat a whole pizza by yourself when you're on a strict diet." He mused. "I'm not really tired anyway."

Stiles walked passed him down the hall. He was pretty hungry now that he thought about it. He then halted in his step and turned to his dad. "I seriously hope you got veggie pizza and not meat lovers.."

The Sheriff couldn't help but smile. "Yea, yea. It's veggie. Geez. Go ahead and get the movie started and I'll pop some popcorn." The sheriff suggested.

"No problemo." Stiles paused for a second. "Since you mention Star Wars, I definitely need to get Scott to sit through a marathon with me next time. He hasn't seen any of the movies, can you believe that? I will make a Star Wars fan of him yet." He boasts dramatically.

"Really? Huh." The sheriff was already sending his sympathy to the newly turned alpha. He knew how his son could be.

Sheriff Stilinski sat down on the couch with a plate of pizza and a bowl of popcorn, while Stiles sat down beside him, setting two glasses of tea on the coffee table. Before he could pressed play his father glanced at him.

"You sure you're okay, son?" Stiles looked at his father only to see tired blue eyes filled with worry.

"Yea, Im fine, dad." He assured him.

He knew it was somewhat of a lie, but he didn't want his dad to have to worry about him constantly. He pressed play on the TV remote and the movie started.

He didn't want to think about anything right now, so he enjoyed the movie, and his dad's company.
