Sunlight peaked through Stiles's bedroom window, shining on the boys sleeping form in his bed.

It was the next morning and as if on queue his phone's alarm started to go off by his bedside.

The Star Wars theme song echoed throughout the room finally causing the sleepy teen to slowly press snooze while his face still pressed in his pillow. He stretched his lanky limbs with a low groan and yawned.

He couldn't sleep last night no matter how hard he tried, he just didn't feel tired then, he just had too much energy to sleep. Instead he just stayed up on his computer or watched movies while eating a bunch of snacks, almost eating everything in the pantry much to his fathers dismay.

Before he knew it, it was around 4:00 o'clock and he had school later in the morning, so he decided to try to go to sleep, eventually doing so it seems.

But now he felt extremely tired and barely had any energy to get up for school.
Perhaps it was because he was becoming a werefox. He figured werefoxes had similarities to normal foxes who were nocturnal and would normally hunt and roam around at night and most of the time sleep during the day.

Slowly but surely Stiles got out of bed rubbing his tires eyes. He still had so much to get use to.

"Stiles, I'm about to leave! Are you up?" He heard his father call from down stairs.

"Yeah, I'm up, I'm up." With one last stretch he headed for the bathroom to get ready for school.

He quickly threw on some jeans and a T-shirt along with a plaid button up, he couldn't help but think about what Dr. Deaton had told him yesterday and what he learned about himself.

He wasn't as worried as before since he knew he had friends who would help him get through it, and yet he couldn't help but feel a sense of foreboding.

Interrupting his thoughts he heard the sound of the front door closing from downstairs and then the sound of a car engine starting a minute later indicating his dad was leaving for work.

Stiles quickly walked out of his room and downstairs to the kitchen to grab a piece of toast his dad left.

He only had 20 minutes to get to school, with that thought he grabbed his keys and his books with the piece of toast hanging from his mouth and sped walk out the house to his jeep.

He got in the vehicle and tried to start the engine, but to no avail. His jeep only grumbled in response but didn't start.

"Oh come on! Don't do this to me now." He kept trying but the jeep wouldn't crank. He really needed to get his baby fixed, he would either put it off or keep forgetting, not to mention he didn't have the money for it.

After a few more tries he gave up and sighed. He could just run to school like before but it was broad daylight and he had no energy for running. He considered calling Scott but realized he was probably already at school with Kira, even if he were to come get him they would both just end up being late anyway.

Stiles popped the hood and got out of the car to check his engine only to have steam blast in his face, he coughed waving his hand back and forth.

"Damn, could this day get any worse?" He groaned.

As if on queue a sleek black Chevrolet Camaro drove up near his driveway, pulling up slowly beside his jeep until the window rolled down and revealed Derek, wearing his sunglasses of course. He raised an eyebrow.

Stiles was dumbfounded. Of all people, Derek Hale had to show up. He sighed.

"Dude, what are you doing here?"
