You've might of heard that once mermaids fall in love, it's impossible for them to break the string attached to them.
I never believed in that. Until I just realized that it was true.
I liked the same guy for...5 years now. And whenever he talks to a girl, my throat tightens up and I want to...scream. Throw something. It's scary. Really scary.
It's like I'm obsessed with him.
I can't stop crushing on him. I tried once, but it was impossible. My heart always beats when he's near. When he smiles.
At one point, all my dreams were about him. Seriously. I wrote all of them down.
One was about him telling me I was beautiful. Another was me and him, swimming in an ocean. The recent dream was of him picking me over everyone else.
I don't mind that much that I fell for him. The guy I like is smart. He's kind. He's more of a nerd. But I don't care.
...so be careful who you fall in love with.
