You ran your hand through your hair as your other squeezed the life out of a stuffed honey badger toy. You could say you were nervous but that would definitely be an understatement; you felt like dying would be more appropriate. There was always a meet-and-greet before a race at the NASCAR track and you were hoping to meet your favourite driver, Daniel Riccardo.

You had wanted to meet him for a long time but your nerves and anxiety always got in the way, crushing your dreams until today. With a honey badger, Daniel's iconic symbol and favourite animal, in hand and a racing heartbeat you stand at the concrete median separating you and his Red Bull Racing vehicle. It looked like you weren't the only person wanting to meet Riccardo as well for a small crowd was forming around where he stood, signing autographs and taking pictures.

You couldn't move nor could you speak as he made his way down the wall to where you stood at the end. He stood there with a beautiful smile spreading across his cheeks as he spotted the stuffed animal you were strangled in your hand. Daniel looked to you as you shone a smile as bright as his and held out the honey badger, hoping he'd take it from you before you exploded or it exploded.

"What's your name, ma'am?" You giggled at his politeness and felt a wave of the nerves slipping away as he took the stuffed toy. You responded as he looked at the animal and handed it back. "You should keep it. I think it'd miss you."

You nodded your head and smiled once again as he wrote something on the body of it before holding it for you to take. Daniel walked off with a wink as you stood there dumbfounded and filled with butterflies. Looking to the honey badger in your hands you saw that he wrote a phone number with a message.
