Kay's POV- Wednesday, May 20. At school.
It was a very depressing Wednesday afternoon at PineView HighSchool today. I had been hanging by myself all day, except for my second block class, which I have with Dre. Unfortunately, Nicki wasn't here today & Dre got suspended for the next two days for cussing out ANOTHER teacher. So he had to leave & go home. I was currently walking to lunch, occasionally waving at people who would smile & wave at me. I wasn't a very popular person here, but I wasn't a nobody either. Some people knew me, & some people didn't, which was fine with me.
Finally making it to the cafeteria, I head over to the short lunch line waiting for my turn. Feeling a light tap on my shoulder, I turn around to see a smiling Koby. Taking out my headphones, I smile at him before speaking.
"Hi Koby." I say nicely.
"Wassup Kay?" He says, cheesing hard. "You look beautiful today."
I don't see how I looked beautiful today, I had on a simple oversized red long sleeved shirt, jeans, & my white vans.

"Thanks Koby, you look nice also." I tell him, while picking up a tray & placing the food that I wanted up there.

"Thank ya, thank ya." He says, getting his food & walking with me to my table & sitting down in front of me. "You haven't talked to me in a while, you know that?" He asks, looking at me with a funny expression.
"Oh I'm sorry, I just don't really be seeing you that much around here anymore." I tell him, while eating one of my chicken nuggets.
