I put his phone number in my contacts, his name G. It gave me three options, showing me that he had an iPhone himself. He'd surely decline if I were to FaceTime him. He's probably gonna block my number if I pull a stunt like that. I don't want to just text him. That's so boring, that's all we've been doing. I'm tired of playing this game. So I hit the mobile call button, and let it ring. I'm about to hang up after 20 seconds of hearing the dial tone til he actually picks it up.

"Hm, you're bold cupcake, I'll give you that."

"I was going to try for a FaceTime but I was like , nah, not gonna push my luck."

"Good choice, I would have declined it. So, you happy to hear my voice or what?"

"Already cocky, why did I think this would be a good idea?"

"Cause you like me, Sahar."

The way he said my name. It was so smooth, like it was meant to be said from his mouth. G was right, once I heard his voice it would be stuck in my mind.

"You're entertaining."

"I make you sexually frustrated."

"That too."

"Want to have phone sex?" I could picture him wiggling his eyebrows.

"No."

"Come on. Where's the fun cupcake that I was talking to yesterday?"

"She's still here."

"I doubt it. You seem like such a drag."

"LISTEN, G. I'm not a drag."

"Hm. I love lies, cupcake. What color are your panties?"

He tried catching me off guard, so I said the first color that popped into my head. "White."

"Name brand?"

"Yes."

"Calvin Klein?"

"Yeah."

"You're lying."

"How do you know?" I question.

"You're answering to quickly."

"Damn you. Honestly, just damn you to hell."

"Cupcake. I'm already there. Sinned too much."

"I don't doubt it."

"What about you? I'm sure you're not a saint," he laughs.

"I'm not a saint," I laugh.
