Shraddha's POV

I decide not to tell Varun. I mean, I've never been in a proper relationship before so I don't know how he'll react.

Siddharth: hi Jaanu
Me: Hi 😩
Siddharth: what's wrong? 😞
Me: just stressed...🙁
Siddharth: Come over!
Me: Ok, I'll be over x
I grab me keys and hop into my Mercedes. The number plate says: 5HR4DDH4.
"Come in." Says Siddharth. I've been here quite a few times now. "Should we watch Ek Villain?" He says.
"OMG! Let's do it then!" I laugh. As I'm on the comfy sofa, I lean on Siddharth and drift into a deep sleep...
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! I wake up tiredly to see many messages from Varun...

Varun's POV
I was on the way to my cast director's office for movie deals and I passed Siddharth's house on the way. Peculiarly, Shraddha's car is parked outside. I text her...

Shraddha's POV

What could be so important?

Varun: Shraddha!!!
Varun: where are you?
Varun: Reply yaar!
I don't know what to reply. So I wake up Siddharth and show him the messages. "What should I say?" I ask.
"Nothing! I mean, it's not necessary to reply..."
"But won't that create suspicion?"
"It's up to you Shraddha," Siddharth says.
Soon, I fall asleep again when the door bell rings. "I'll get it." I say. I fold down the creases on my top and open the door.
It's Varun!!!!!
"What? What are you doing here Varun!" I query.
"I should ask you the same thing!" He says, fuming.
"Varun, I-" I can't finish, walks straight past me, clearly not listening. "SIDDHARTH!" He shouts.
"Bro, calm down," says Siddharth.
"Shut up! What's happening here? No more lies." He asks.
"I, I'm sorry Batuklal. I've never hid anything from you before."
"What do you mean?" He questions.
"Siddharth and I... We're together..." My voice is croaky.
"I know you're together right now... Wait, are you a couple?" He asks. The way he says couple make my heart pain so bad.
"I'm sorry," I say, tears streaming down my face, "I really am. Is my best friend not gonna support me?" He looks at me with pain in his eyes. "Are you angry at me because I lied to you?" I ask.
He looks at me his eyes watering. "No I'm not angry." He says and a smile forms back on his face.
"I was just a fool to love you." He says while he cries.
"And think you'd ever love me back."
