Roselia's POV
Anticipation rose to my stomach and butterflies were set free inside it as well. As I hold on time for him to look back, I consigned all my energy into my hand and threw the 'cake.'
"Eat that!" I roared with laughter, followed by everyone's activities in the Cafeteria, which involved launching food at each other. I saw Jasper as he wiped his face with his hand. He gave a hint of a smile but immediately hid it with an angered look. Without a moment to spare, he raced to me with his super long legs.
"Aahh!" I shouted and laughed at the same time. I crawled under a long-rectangular table as he trailed me with a psychotic smile. Wow! I had never felt this exhilarated all my life. I peered back a handful of times at his evil face and savored this moment of blitheness that only came about once in a lifetime. I felt all the adrenaline rush and the rebelliousness in me had resurfaced.
"Come back!" He mentioned with a creepy voice, a very evil tone.
"Stop it." I dissolved in laughter as I escaped from the long rectangular table and gobbled my way out of the chase. I was swatted with all types of food such as cake, syrup, ice cream, a fish? Delicious Cheetos and mineral water. Once I thrust out my hand to the handle of the exit door, I opened it wide and slammed it immediately behind me. A loud thud sounded behind the door and my heart skipped a beat. It sounded like something hit the door. I would prefer his face in this case and we would call it a truce.
I leaned over the door, putting all my weight on the door so that it wouldn't budge. Curious eyes looked me up and down as I held the force of the door about to push through. They were the thirsty cougars who wore crop tops and pants short enough to be underwear, injected silicone in their boobs and they had the audacity to give me a stink-eye?
Besides the fact that I was covered in delicious fusion cuisine, they had no right to give me the stink-eye! As a reply, I gathered all the goo in my hair and motioned to throw it into their direction. Of course, the reaction was squeals all over the place and the sound of high heels stepping into the ceramic. I laughed out loud and buckled over, clutching my stomach.
Man, playing around with thirsty cougars were quite fun. I should do it more often! I'll keep that in my top ten best memories and replay it repeatedly when I have trouble sleeping at night. The perfect stash!
The food stuck on my glasses made it harder to relish on their small receding figures as they ran in fear. Wouldn't it be best if I saw it clearly? I removed my glasses from my face and motioned to wipe the dirt out of the lens before a particular someone barged through the door and slammed me until I pummeled to the ground.
This jerk! Always bulldozing every body's path and pushing over everyone in his way. Who did he think he is?
Or at least I thought I would.
A strong muscly arm encircled my waist before I took the fall. With the other hand, he captured my glasses.
Warmth.
Almost hot.
Through the fabric, the warmth on his skin penetrated to the skin on the surface of my abdomen. It was a satisfying feeling, like a hot-pack pressed against my stomach during a cold winter day, like a kiss of warm summer sunshine on my skin after a full day of miserable rain, evaporating all negative emotions from the pores of my skin.
In one fell swoop, I was pulled against a blurry green-eyed senior I picked a fight with. I could feel his breath on my forehead as he didn't let go even though I wanted him to. The heat between us was burning through my skin and giving me another round of indigestion. I rubbed my eyes together and felt around for my glasses.
