[3rd pov]
chaeyoung and lisa stayed overnight but jennie couldn't. she said her parents would literally kill her if she didn't come home. but she told them to text her as soon as when jisoo has woken up.
time was 2:38am.
chaeyoung had fallen asleep on lisa's shoulder comfortably while lisa rested her head on top of chaeyoung's head.
it was truly a sight to behold as a majority of the time the two barely got along and never had a proper conversation without resulting into an argument.
jisoo's personal nurse exited the room and tapped lisa's shoulder.
lisa let out a snort and abruptly woke up elbowing chaeyoung in the process.
"agh what the fu-" chaeyoung's eyes widened as she eyed where she had been resting on.
lisa's eyes mirrored hers. "ew what the hell!?" they both said in unison.
chaeyoung rubbed her jaw where lisa happened to have hit, "that hurt you bitc-" chaeyoung was cut off as the nurse interjected, "sorry to interrupt, but ms kim jisoo has gained consciousness now."
they got up almost immediately simultaneously and ran into the girl's room.
"jichu!!" lisa squealed. she ran to jisoo's bed and engulfed her in a warm hug. chaeyoung walked over to the two and joined the hug.
it was all smiles at her waking up until lisa abruptly let go.
soon her expression darkened, "who the fuck did this to you?" she asked in a demanding matter.
jisoo smiled it off and said, "oh it doesn't matter..."
chaeyoung scoffed, "pfft, i know who. it's those bitches, seolhyun, yuri, hani and seulgi."
"ugh them!? i hate those four! you know what? they called me a rat that belongs in the sewage the other day. oh and guess what? yuri was the reason why i got in to detention. she told the teacher to go to that room at that time i was there." lisa rolled her eyes, "it was probably because i was putting the mouse trap on her dear bitch of a friend, seulgi's seat, ugh i just hate all of them." lisa crossed her arms and spat each word out laced with despise.
"oh damn... so um how are you feeling jisoo?" chaeyoung asked as she rubbed the friend's head.
"i guess i'm feeling fine now, thanks." jisoo closed her eyes and embraced the warmth of having two people care so dearly for her near her.
a feeling that has been missing a majority of her life.
"oh where's jennie?" she asked.
"she had to go home. you know her parents. i mean it is 2:40 in the morning but it's just that we both don't need to be home." lisa told her.
"anyways, i have an idea. a perfect one." lisa told chaeyoung.
"the nurse said you need to rest here for a week and a bit, so... i think during that time we should get back at those who caused harm to our precious jichu." lisa put her hands on her hips and held her chin high. she was proud of her crazy idea.
"oh my god, YES!" chaeyoung exclaimed, she began doing small jumps up and down out of excitement and clapping her hands. [refer to gif]
"wait no! guys you don't have to, really. i'm already grateful enough for you guys taking me here and staying with me this late." jisoo looked down with a small smile tugging her lips.
"nope, nonsense. we are going to do just that whether you like it or not." lisa said with determination.
"yeah. no one deserves the harsh treatment and bullying you've been receiving. they need a taste of their own medicine, or worse." chaeyoung grinned evilly.
"yes finally something we can agree on." lisa put her arms around chaeyoung's shoulder, "lets message jennie and tell her our plan- oh and also that jisoo is awake!"
