I know I said this would be the first chapter, but I'm going to make this like an prologue (idk how to spell).

    My eyes were glued shut as I listened to him scream. His cries of pain, and the cracking of his bones. It was horrifying. I never knew anything this small, could lead to something like this. Why can't I do anything, why can't I save him? I'm such a weakling! I brought my hands to my ears as I began screaming,

    "STOP IT! MAKE IT STOP! LEAVE HIM ALONE!" I screamed, my hands tightly wrapped around my ears to keep the sounds out.

    "-Get out of here.." He said with a quiet whisper as I looked up at him, my eyes stained with tears.

    "I will not leave you! I refuse to leave you... I love you... You can't expect me to just walk away.." I spoke quietly as I pressed my hands to the glass that separated us.

    "Go.. I'll live.. Go and get someone to help.." He replied as he extended his hand out, setting it on the glass right in front of mine.

    The tears streamed down my cheeks faster as I began banging my fists against the wall, screaming in pain, emotional pain. He was the one in real danger. He won't survive, I know that. It is as clear as day to me, he won't survive. I love him, I can't leave him. Don't leave me alone, please.. Live, live a life with me... Together...

    "My love will never die for you..."
