I never knew I needed something so much until now.

I'm honestly so happy, I've been waiting for the video but forgot about the idea for a while until now.
I know I've been wanting them to make a pastel edits video for the longest, but I kind of let the idea go because I knew they wouldn't do it.
But then.
I got a notification.
It said that Phil's new vid was them doing PASTEL EDITS IRL.
and I screamed so loud.
I had totally forgotten and I was living for it.

(I thought they were gonna paint their nails, but I guess that's for another time.)
AND THEN.
OH NO.
ITS NOT OVER YET.
Then Dan posts this on Instagram:

I am SHAKEN TO THE BONES.
I have done it.

I have reached an all time HIGH.
THIS IS A HIGH POINT IN MY LIFE.
I CAN SEE MILES FROM HOW HIGH I AM.
I CAN SEE ALL OF CHICAGO AND MICHIGAN AND SOMEHOW, IRELAND?
I'm so high in life and self motivation and appreciation that I can just do anything now.

I can fight monsters with forks now.
I can do whatever I want!
A lesson I want to teach today is:
Find something that makes you the happiest and keep riding that until you reach that point where you just can't stop smiling for no reason?
You know you've reached the happiness goal and found something that is right when you feel something in the very back of your heart- where all the bad memories and regrets are- and you check and you don't care what's there. Maybe you check and there isn't anything in there.
This is what it felt like for me.
I know what you might be thinking, 'wow grettel it's just a video it's not that big of a deal to get all emotional.'

But it's not just that.
It's something bigger than that!
Because this is something I feel strongly about and I don't know what would happen if it left?
I am in a genuinely positive and wholesome state of life.

I am in a place where I feel soft and wanted, and that I actually truly mean something to someone or anything.
I feel like I am in a whole new era of my life.
I'm kissing the old era goodbye, and sending it my respects.
I'm also kissing the new era good morning, because this is what I need in my life.

I am very open about everything right now, and I just want to shower others with confidence and compliments because not many people get them all the time- despite being amazing people.

This is the end of an era, (rip Blurryface) and I'm happy to announce that I might wear bright colors.
