                   Define the Problem or Opportunity:

I had a friend over for a sleepover and we both wanted to watch different movies.

                                 Their Way:

Jason does not want to watch my movie because its rated “R” and he can’t watch rated “R” movies.

                                    My Way:

I don’t want to watch stars wars because I hate star wars.

                                 Brainstorm:

Jason says “what movies are you into?”

I say “war movies.”

Jason says “maybe we can find a war movie that’s not rated “R”.

                                      Highway:

The boys end up watching X-men origins.
