NAGISA'S POV

The soft chirping of the waking birds, the bright ray of the rising sun piercing through the huge glass window hitting my closed eyelids cause me to awoke.

While sitting up, and as usual, I was stopped by a strong arm that was wrapped around me. Sighing, I removed the arm and stood up. I stretched as I look around the place.

Oh yeah, we're in the Philippines right now. I never got the chance to look around our hotel room since Karma never let me get off the bed last night. We didn't do anything rough last night, just some small foreplay before Karma collapsed right on top of me.

Remembering the small events last night still made blood gush up my cheeks. Shaking my head to get my thoughts straight, I began exploring the place.

Our hotel room is huge. It had two beds, but we only slept in one. The bathroom is so spacious and luxurious. Where on earth did Karasuma-sensei even get the budget to bring us to this country and let us stay in this five star hotel? And honestly, I didn't expected this, I thought we're gonna stay in some cheap inn or somewhere.

I continued looking around, still amazed by everything. I then rose an eyebrow when my gaze caught a glimpse on something on the table. Being the curious one I am, I walked to it. It was a really thick book, when I opened it, it was only Koro-sensei's 3,000 paged directory which I could bet he made by himself. I flipped through the pages and I could see that everything's already here. The map of the Philippines, the things we could do and cannot do during this assassination trip. All the first thing to do if some circumstances occurs during the trip. Everything we should learn about the country. Even the Philippines historical past is here and many more. With narrow eyes, I sighed and closed the book, too tired and don't have any intention to even read it thoroughly.

I left that book alone and went back to my little exploration of our hotel room. I then found myself in the balcony. I smiled to myself and leaned on the railing as I stared at the beautiful and mesmerizing crystal blue ocean. I could feel the fresh morning breeze hit my face.

As I felt myself relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view of the beautiful island, I suddenly felt arms being wrapped around me. I don't even need to wonder who it is,

"Good morning, Nagisa." Karma said in a tired, raspy voice.

I smiled and leaned on his chest, "Yeah, morning sleepyhead."

"What do you want to do today?" Karma asked as he nuzzled his nose on my hair.

Knowing what I really want to do, I turned around to face him and grinned excitedly. "Let's explore the island!"

Karma smiled at my excitement and ruffled my hair, "Sure, sweetie."

I then squealed in delight and went to my bag to changed into my plain white undershirt and blue shorts. I don't think I'll need to wear any warm clothes cause the Philippines is a warm tropical place. After changing, Karma grabbed the key card before we went out of our hotel room. As we walked in the hotel's long hallway, I felt Karma grab my hand, intertwining them. I looked up at him and smiled.

~

"Woah! Sugoi!" I gasped when I saw the huge pool of the hotel. Everyone are all here, Koro-sensei was on a chair for lifeguards or something. Laughing, giggling, and loud splashes of water was heard everywhere. Our whole class were the only ones here, maybe Karasuma-sensei reserved the whole hotel? So, where the heck did he get this extremely huge budget? Big mystery.

"Hey, Nagi-"

"Nagisa!!" I looked at the direction of that familiar voice that cut Karma off. I saw Kayano who was waving at us, a tall glass of purple something in it.

"Hey, Kayano-chan." I smiled at the green-haired girl, then I heard Karma grumble his compliance about Kayano interrupting him beside me.

"Where were you guys, last night? You missed dinner. It was really delicious!"

I gave her an apologetic smile, "Yeah, we... Kinda decided to rest once we reached the hotel room." I said, kind of lying.

"Oh I see." She nodded, then she held up the glass with that purple stuff. "Have you tasted the halo-halo? It's really good!"

"Halo-halo?" I asked, an eyebrow raised. Oh, so that's called halo-halo.

Then I saw Karma taking his shirt off and tossed it away aimlessly, "Nagisa, lets go swimming."

"Wai-"

Before I could even voice out my protest, the idiot already grabbed my wrist and jumped into the pool bringing me along with him.

I swam up, coughing a bit. "What was that for, Karma?"

"Don't like you talking with her." He said and pulled me to his chest.

I quickly pushed him before someone could even see us, "Its just Kayano. Why are you so jealous of her?"

"Because she likes you."

I looked at Karma, "She does not. She's just a friend." Yeah, cause she already knows that I like Karma before we even began dating. And I think she likes--

"You're so naive, Nagisa." Karma murmured.

"Why?"

"Because."

"'Because' what?"

"Nothing."

"I really don't get you sometimes!" I said as I tried to get out of the water.

Before I could even do that Karma grabbed my wrist again and pulled me towards him

"Hold your breath." Karma whispered in my ear. I don't know what he's planning to do but I just did what he told me. Then he dived underwater pulling me alonh with him, before I knew what he was doing, he lunged in and captured my lips.

I almost gasped in surprise. Then slowly, I relaxed as we kissed underwater. It was just a sweet and gentle kiss yet very quick. I knew what Karma's doing, he just wants to remind me who I belong to. I rolled my eyes mentally at him.

No need to remind me that I belong to you, moron. I already know that very well.

My air was already depleting so Karma instantly broke the kiss as I swam up, gasping for air.

"What were you two doing?" Kayano asked, I jumped a bit in surprise. She's still here?

"Nothing. Nagisa and I just played a game of 'Who could hold their breath longer?'." Karma said, I really can't believe him. How could he lie so smoothly and with a straight face?

Kayano nodded, "Oh, I see! Well, Kanzaki's waiting for me over there by the small cottage. See you guys!" She said, there was a small tint of blush on her cheeks and walked away.

I was right she--

Karma suddenly wrapped his arms around me, "Thank God she's gone."

I then looked at Karma pushing him off, "Why did you do that? Someone might have seen us!"

Karna only shrugged, "Because you're mine and I knew you liked it."

I blushed slightly as I looked away. Seriously, I really just don't get this idiotic red-head sometimes.

But I guess I can't deny it to myself the fact that I indeed did like the way we kissed underwater, but there's no way I'm freaking admitting it to him!
