Chapter two

Four months? He won't be seeing Arthit for four months? To make matters worse Arthit will be going to a country where the time gap was ridiculous. How were they supposed to keep in touch? Their time was limited as it is.

" P' Arthit . Don't go "

He never wanted to be the clingy boyfriend. Neither was he the person who would stop someone he loved from pursuing their careers. But he was having a weird feeling about this trip. It felt like Arthit might not return to what they had between them.

" Kongpob! How can you say that? I don't have a choice. I am working under a contract. Besides this is a good break for me. Of all people I thought you would be happy for me " Arthit replied bitterly.

Arthit's tone made Kongpob shiver internally. Did Arthit consider him a child now that he was in the outer world dealing with real problems while Kongpob was no use to him in any way?no matter how hard he tried the two years between them was a gap he couldn't overcome.
He picked on the broken paint of the table they were sat at

" it's not that. I miss you already " he said quietly.

" I haven't even left yet! time will fly before you know it Kongpob. Now cheer up "

" can you stay the night today P' Arthit " Kongpob had intentions. If Arthit was going to leave , this was his best chance to make their relationship stronger.

Arthit seemed to consider the offer. He looked like he did want to spend the night with him. Arthit put his hand over Kongpob's

" I'm sorry Kongpob. Not today. I have to finish the work that was already assigned to me before I leave the country. And I have a lot left to do. I have to go "

" can I come to see you before you leave? "

" of course you can! I don't know why you had the need to ask "

Arthit stood up to leave. Kongpob grabbed his arm expectantly. Arthit leaned across the table and kissed Kongpob in a playful manner. Arthit never initiated anything in public. Kongpob smiled into the kiss. Maybe Arthit was right. The time will fly before he knew it.

When Kongpob asked him not to leave Arthit felt a jab of pain in his heart. It was out of character for Kongpob. The Kongpob he knew would never say anything like that. Until he said it Arthit didn't think Kongpob was going to miss him this much. He tried to brush off the tension by saying the four months would be gone with both of them being busy.

When Kongpob had asked him to stay the night he did strongly consider it. But he had declined the offer because he knew why Kongpob asked him to stay. Kongpob's eyes told him everything he needed to know. He wanted it just as much even though he wasn't ready. But he wanted it to be special. Not rushed because he will be leaving soon. They had come this far. What difference would it make now.

He kissed Kongpob enthusiastically. It was out of his character as well. But the atmosphere felt right and he didn't think twice before taking Kongpob's lips into his. He never got tired of how it felt to kiss the beautiful man infront of him. How did he become so lucky for a man like this to fall in love with him. He couldn't wait for them to truly be together. Under the same roof. Living life as a true couple.

There was an hour before he had to leave his apartment. Kongpob was late. He had called to inform him of a huge traffic he was stuck at. Arthit was slightly disappointed. He was looking forward to spending some quality time with Kongpob before he left.
