Please, we need to be more open-minded when it comes to books. Creative ideas are key to making stories and getting readers. But the most important things are the characters. Look over your characters. Make them all unique. But make sure you don't leave anyone out. We don't need all white characters. But we don't need all colored either. We don't need all straight but we don't need all lgbt+. Make them all special.
