*I got this idea from @animeeisenberg's texting fanfic, but I've decided to take it a step further and make it a high school AU. Be prepared for terrible references and bad puns.*
*Also, I know they're all over 20 IRL, but this is fanfiction, so deal with it.*
Everyone is going to have a certain persona about them. For example:
J. Daniel (JD): Giant asshole, basically the bad boy of the group; co-leader along with Dylan.
Dylan: Hacking genius who won't let JD steal his thunder; excellent at deceiving outsiders.
Henley (Yes, she's back): Basic white girl; likes selfies and Starbucks.
Jack: Jock/ athlete and the youngest member of the group; impulsive but kinda smart; likes pranking his friends and saying "fight me."
Merritt: Like Dylan, but more book-smart than street-smart; likes vexing and irritating people.
Lula: Stereotypical Tumblr girl, fangirls at the mention of Superwholock or the Emo Trinity; extremely defensive and sometimes bitchy; will eagerly follow Jack on his pranking excursions.
Walter: New kid in school; an outsider who wants in despite multiple rejections
