Chapter 11 prt 2

"Your Honour, from all evidence Barrister put before the court i believe Moses Geshi is the killer" said Barrister Williams, "Moses maybe an accomplice but i believe he works on someones orders, the question is who cause that same person made the late Mrs to call Kaseem on phone because Mrs Naseem will never call her boyfriend to her husband's guest house no matter what the situation is with her and the same person killed her" said Maya

"Your Honour there are some certain incidents concerning this case that have being ignored, incident number one is the call the police station received on the murder, the record shows the call was received by anonymous around 8:56pm, and my client as the court heard arrived at the house 9:30pm now that is a loophole, incident two is that we heard the late miss was sliced in the throat 15 time, but here the record given from clinic which took care of the body before the burial, it says it wasn't a knife that did that, a knife slicing the throat 15 times will have easily divided the headfrom the body, a surgical blade was use roughly for the cuts and here is the surgical blade and apart from the cuts on the throat, the Pierceing of her left ear was torn and it bleaded but a small part of the hook of an earing remained, i have pictures of both wounds, which shows Mrs Naseem put on a bit of a struggle " she said as she was waving a paper ,some puctures and a surgical blade in a plastic leather bag, the blade has dark dry tick like substances on it, she forwarded the paper and the blade.

"Proceed" , with that two policeman came in with Moses Geishi, Dr Naseem immediately stood up looking alarmed, as Moses entered the witness box, "Moses Geshi did you, pay Naseer to make Kaseem pick his call, did you cause the accident of Late Barrister Samantha, did you try to kill her surving driver, did you advise Kaseem to confess"

"Before i ask further, i will like to tell the court why i was late today" with that Maya told of the whole ordeal of the morning"

"On the 3rd of March i was in Kano, on that very day i received the record from the Clinic, that same day in the night, i scaled the wall of the guest house after parking my car some blocks away, i wanted to get more evidence and so since i was all in black with a black Halloween mask on my face i blended with the moonless nigh, i entered the house through the back door i had to open with pins, the house was full of dirts and cobwebs, i begun to check around for anything, the rooms were open, i entered a bedroom and was checking the wardrobes and drawers, when suddenly i noticed the two seater couch facing the door has red decorations but the rest don't and on a closer look i noticed they were blood stains, i searched the corners on the Sofa and i saw a diamond one earring, with a broken hook showing a piece of it was missing and little dry blood stains" she said waving another transparent plastic bag and inside was a broken earring,

"the room had a peach marbled floor and so i squat a bit to check under the sofa and there was a surgical blade, that was halve rusty with blood and halve clean, just when i noticed some dry bloods that will hardly be noticed leading to the door i followed and it lead me to the very end of the corridor where i believe the body of the late miss was found, then i just when i thought i have gotten enough i noticed a washing machine alone in a room wide open, i opened the machine and saw a squeezed average width material of the same material the Late Mrs was wearing the she was murdered, the scarf was soaked dry in blood" with that she waved another bigger transparent plastic bag with a dry blood stained material,

" again your honour i made four discoveries am yet show, one in the washing room and the two on the Sofa, the last on the corridor, the discovry of the washing room was that by the door of the washing machine was a piece of this material, which was torn from it main cloth, the material proves to be a yard very expensive from three dealers in clothing and textile, the one on the corridor was that a speaker was there with a C. D player and a remote control, on pressing the power button the speaker and the C. D player came to life and on pressing the play button a loud scream of a female came to from the speaker, the other two discovery was that i found a pocket pen and an I. D a credit card of Diamond bank belonging to His Excellency Dr. Naseem Alhassan" she said waving another plastic bag with a pen and a credit card,
