"Go-good afternoon, ma'am. I'm Bella Antonio. Personal---umm, I am working here as a chef." She can't introduce herself properly. She felt uneasy and she doesn't know why.
Olivia make a lil' laugh. "Yeah, I can see that. Im Olivia Oracion. A childhood friend of Alex." She reaches her hand at nakipagkamay silang dalawa.
Childhood friend pala ito ni Zandro. Wala siyang alam tungkol nito. Why Zandro didn't say something this to her? And its a woman.
"Mr. Santoro is having a meeting until now Ms. Olivia."
"I see. It's okay I just wait here."
"Then I take my leave now. Excuse me, ladies." Sabi ni Evan at umalis na.
"Co-come in ma'am." Niyaya ito ni Bella na pumasok at ginaya niya ito sa dining room.
"Thank you." Umupo na ito sa sofa.
"You want some coffee? Juice or desserts while you're waiting for Mr. Santoro?"
"Since inalok mo ko ng pagkain. Hmm... Serve me some of your specialty, Bell. Hindi pa kasi ako nag-lunch."
"Umm... I can prepare you a lunch ma'am---"
"Olivia. Or you can also call me Via. Cut the "ma'am". Hindi ako sanay." Ngiting sabi nito sa kanya.
"Ap-apologies. Sige po, I'll cook you some of the best main course. I'm sure you'll like it." Now she feels little relief. Siguro dahil curious lang siya dahil nakita niya ito kasama si Zandro.
Bella cooked warm salad with bacon & scallops, gravadlax, and watermelon juice. Nasiyahan at nasarapan si Olivia sa mga niluto niya at parang ayaw muna nito mag-diet.
Pagkatapos nitong kumain ay nagkwentuhan muna sila. Gusto kasi ng Olivia na may kausap.
"I hope Alex isn't giving you a hard time. Sometimes he's so demanding at madali lang uminit ang ulo."
"Hindi naman po. As an employee, I have to understand the attitude of the boss."
"Hindi naman siya ganyan noon. I don't know what happend pero sa tingin ko... I think It's about love."
Walang siyang masagot man lang sa sinabi nito. Olivia was right. Zandro is a very happy person. Kung may problema positibo lang ito. Mataas din ang pasensya nito but because of her nag-iba na ito.
Alam kaya ni Olivia na ikinasal sila ni Zandro noon?
"I want to help him to ease his pain pero mukhang binabakuran nito ang sarili niya sa iba. Even me, I always reach out to him. At least naman pag magkasama kaming dalawa napapatawa ko siya hindi ba?" She can see Olivia is proud of herself to be Zandro's close friend.
Time has passed, lahat ng pinagusapan nila ay tungkol lang kay Zandro. Marami pa pala talaga siyang walang alam kung anong gusto at hindi gusto nito. Even the family of his ay hindi niya alam.
