Diversity

16 5 7

Flowers flutter
In the present wind
Unseen birds chirp
A beautiful song
As the day begins
Till the day ends
Butterflies
Glide their way
On their wings of change
Bees buzz buzz buzz
Their ways about me
In this great plain
I sit and wonder
At all this diversity
Life's design
And all of its plans for me
Oh, how can days be bleak and ugly?
There's loads of natural beauty around me
Dark days ahead
And dark days behind
But like life
There must be some good buried therein
For nature's taught me at least one thing
It finds a way to make life varied
