Chapter 1 - Always Smile

Park chaeyoung / Roseanne Park had a perfect life, not a princess-like life but a perfect life that makes her always plastered her smile widely no matter what

She's soft spoken , kind , innocent and a cheerfull bubbly kind of girl

Even though her dad is a rude and sarcastic person only to her which she still didn't know the reason why and he really didn't care about anything besides his son and his big company

but she loves her dad neverthless and she's just thankfull that she was adopted and taken to this family.

Her mom is the best cuz she always takes an interest and care about what she's up to or about her life and she's grateful to god for giving her an angel of a mom.

And don't forget the big brother who she loves very much even though he seems a bit cold but it's just his expression , he still help her in her highschool years whenever she needs tutoring and he talk to her sometimes about his stressed on works.

She loves her family so much and for her , that's enough to make her smile everyday

she was happy that the house will be noisy and cheerful because of her mom's nagging voice and her brother constant savage answers towards dad whether it was a nasty one or  savage one, at least the house is merry.

they are her family that took her in and take care of here until now
And she will always smile for her family

"Morning mom" Rose said quite loudly as she coming down from the stairs while feeling so excited about her new job and sit down for breakfast
"Morning baby , are you ready for your first day ?" Mrs.park replied while preparing breakfast for the parks family
"well , i'm nervous mom, what if i'm making mistakes on my first day ?" She replied while pouting and biting her nails which is already a habit of her when she's nervous

Actually she was offered a job as an intern by her brother in their company but she want to try by her own

"Honey, you're gonna do just fine.. trust me, you're a hardworking person and i know you will do awesome" her mom said while patting her head with affections

"What is the ruckus about ?" Mr.Park appeared shortly with frown in his face which makes his face showed all of his crinkles
She just chuckled at her annoyed dad
"Sorry dad, i'm just hyper and super exited about my new job because finally i can work in this big-" she was excited to tell her dad until she was cut off

"What did you do to get that job ? Did you flirt with the boss ? because i know the cause will never be because of your brain" Her dad said with a smirk
Rose froze for a minute
'As usual kkeke' she thought while chuckling
then smile as she tried to make jokes about it .
"Would you stop saying that to our daughter !" Her mom raised her voice hearing her father's question
"She's your daughter not mine" said her dad with a mocking smile

"Mom , it's fine" she smile to her mom then turn to her dad "Heeheh, of course not dad ! Who am i gonna flirt with ? I mean with this face ?" Rose said while smiling and pointing to herself while making dork faces  hoping to lighten the mood and pretending that her father's words didn't affect and hurt her

Her brother who just arrived in the dining room already see what happened and saw a glimpse of hurt expression on his sister face
"That's enough dad , you're ruining my morning already" Chanyeol said with a frown which makes rose smile

"Oh shoot ! I'm going to be late , I'm going to work now mom, dad and oppa ! Have a great day! And see ya! " she said while walking toward the door
"Chaeng , your breakfast!" Her mom shouted
"Thanks mom , you're the best" she said while running through the door

Chayoung hurriedly walk to the bus stop because it was her first day at work and she can't make a bad first impression to her collegues and her boss by arriving late.
After waiting for 15 minutes , the familiar looking bus arrived and she happily say hi to the driver mainly because the driver known her from her school years and she always takes his bus whenever she goes

"Good morning, ahjussi! Looking good today! Looks like your flu has gone" she said as she notice that Jaesang ahjussi didn't sneeze a lot like yesterday

"Yup! It's all gone and i'm feeling really great now! Chaeyoung-ah go find your seat or you will be late, you can't be late for your first day at work" He said while gesturing her to take a seat

"Okay ahjussi!" Chaeyoung hurriedly walk to the back of the bus and sit in her favorite position which is near the window where she can feel the wind pass by and seeing the hectic monday morning. It weirdly calm her nerves down.

When she arrives at Bighit Company , she stop at the front door and stare with her mouth open at the very tall building that really makes her feel so small and with a smile she takes a step forward, she prayed to god that this day will be a great day!
'You can do this Park Chaeyoung!" She smiled to herself.

But She can't help to feel really nervous as she was waiting for the lift, chaeyoung try to breath in and breath out to calm her nerves down.
As she was stepping into the lift , she keeps fidgeting and biting her nails that she didn't hear the bell ding and realize there's another presence behind her

"I believe you're blocking my way" she startled at the sudden voice because she's too focus and as always when she's too occupied on her minds, she didn't really look on her surrounding.

She realize and keeps saying sorry while bowing to the man before her
She didn't dare to look up because she's very shy , especially when meeting a new person

"Sorry, i'm just nervous because it's my first day and also new environment and meeting new people, i keep fidgeting and thinking about the worse that could happen About this day and of course i don't want that to happen but still my-"
she make way for him to get out and wait for the door to open and she as usual start rambling about stuff until she was cut off

"You know what i think ? I don't care" the man before her speak before the lift open
"and sorry too for rambling, i'm just being weird like always" she apologize again and when she lift her head to smile and be polite to the man before her

She is surprised
Her eyes met with very familiar a pair of bored and cold gaze before the man start to walk away
"Jeon Jungkook?" She said surprised
And the doors closed
