About Gashadokuro:
I feel sorry for anyone who encounter this yokai at night. Gashadokuro are giant, angry, rattling skeletons that wander around the countryside in the darkest hour of the night.~~
Appearance:
They are literally giant, 90 foot sketeltons. They could sometimes have eyes in its skull, which is ten times more scarier.~~
Behavior/Interaction:
The Gashadokuro is said to be created from the bones of people who died of starvation or battle without being buried, so not only are they hungry, they're pretty pissed too. If a Gashadokuro should happen to come upon a human out late on the roads, they will silently creep up and catch their victims, crushing them in their hands or biting off their head..then drinking their blood. And if you hear a ringing sound in your eras, one could be close, and it might be too late...great...~~
Abilities:
• Invisibility• Indestructibility: The Gashadokuro is said to be immune to any physical damage (mainly because it's a skeleton)
~~
Targets:
Humans~~
Escape plan:
I wish you luck on escaping this thing, but Shinto charms should ward them off.~~
Origin story:
These giant skeletons were created from the bones of people who died of starvation and because they weren't buried properly, they hold a strong grudge against the living. Their bones gather together to create this giant creature. Scary...~~
