About Azuki Arai:
Azuki Arai is a ghostly phenomenon in Japanese folklore encountered in mountainous regions all across Japan. It has many nicknames, though the common name is Azuki Togi.~~
Appearance:
Few actual sightings has been recorded, but it is said to be a short and squat with big, round eyes and overall resembling a Buddhist prist. It appears full of mirth with a silly grin and huge hands with three fingers on each.~~
Behavior/Interaction:
Azuki Arai are mostly heard than seen. Their mainly washing red Azuki beans by the Riverside and singing a song with the sound of the beans in the basket. People who hear it ends up slipping and falling into the river, scaring it away. Azuki Arai are very shy and will do anything to not be seen by anyone, but if you spot one, it'll bring you good luck.~~
