Anastasia's POV

Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think that one day I would be teaching magic to purebloods, muggleborns and half-bloods alike. This was definitely foreign territory and I'm not even totally sure about how I feel about it.

What would my mother say? What would my sister think of me? What would Draco feel?

It was nearly dinner time but I wanted some time to think so I decided to go up the astronomy tower to clear my head. It was now my favorite place in the castle as I love how quiet it was and how the world seemed so far away from the top. I look up and see a sky full of stars- it was truly breathtaking.

"Did you know I was named after one of those stars up there?". I felt a hand grab my waist and pull me closer. In front of me was the boy who held my heart. "You've been awfully distant lately, love. Is something wrong?" the platinum haired boy looked at me with sad eyes.

I guess I was a bit distant...not just with him in particular, but with everybody. The most I've interacted with people was during the meeting with Harry and his friends. "I'm sorry...I've been busy reading and trying to know useful spells"

"Shh...don't say anything more and just stay by my side" Draco said as he took my hand and sat in the corner as Draco pulled me closer to his chest. I could feel his heart beating and I could feel his chest rise and fall as he breathed. This was one of the rare moments where I felt at peace...maybe- just maybe...this was the closest to a positive memory that I have to be able to conjure a patronus.

"Draco...can you tell me more about the star you were named after?" I whispered.

"Well..Draco is constellation in the northern sky. It's a pretty huge one actually" he chuckled "It's shaped like a dragon- hence the name it was given. It was believed to be the dragon that guarded the gardens of Hesperides in Greek mythology".

He was clearly enjoying telling me this and I couldn't help but smile as he was talking. When he noticed me staring, I immediately felt my cheeks flush. "Like the dragon in the sky that guards that garden, I too will protect you."

If I could freeze this moment right here, I would. To everyone else, he was the snobby-rich-slytherin-pureblood elitist and son of Lucius Malfoy the death eater; but to me he was just Draco.

"Ana...do you remember when we first met?" he asked all of a sudden.

I thought back and couldn't help but smile at the memory. I was with my sister and Krum in the slytherin table when I heard a voice that was too familiar...it was the voice that haunted my dreams. Then, there were those piercing grey eyes looking straight at me.

"I remember it like it was yesterday" I replied. I felt his body shift- he made me lean on his shoulder while his right arm was over mine and inhaled the smell of musk with a hint of citrus.

"Ana...don't take this the wrong way, but I've been wanting to ask..." Draco suddenly became tensed and he was looking at me like he was about to commit a crime. "are your feelings for me, or for the Draco you see in your dreams?
