Chapter Seven - Being Named As A Tired One.

ALEX'S POV

"Dory, you know what, I've got a cruise to attend." I chirped happily to Dory. Her eyes shone brightly but then it fell.

"With Melanie?" She asked looking annoyed.

"No. It is a merging initiative celebration. And I'm the special guest as I'm the common partner. Well, our company has given the best results so far." I said proudly. Her smile returned on her face

"Sure, sweetheart. Is Loris joining in?" She asked and I nodded.

"If I would've got a decent PA, I wouldn't have needed Loris to ruin a weekend with his family," I muttered guiltily. Dory caressed my back slowly, trying to soothe me down.

"Alex, give him a holiday later. Don't worry he'll be more than happy to help." Dory said and I knew she was right. Loris was the best guy and the best employee.

"Thanks, mother. Do pack up for me. Two days. I'm in the study if you need me." I muttered as I left the kitchen and walked in the study. It was Friday morning and I didn't feel like going to the office, so I just took my work home.

I was pretty engrossed in my work when I felt footsteps followed by a warm kiss on my neck. I smirked.

"Melanie, you're such an insatiable woman," I muttered while I concentrated on my file, or more like tried to.

"I am? Last night has passed and gone." She muttered seductively. I kept my file aside and pulled her down on my lap. She roamed her finger on my cheekbones, in a seducing way.

"You distract me from work and that is not good," I warned her but she knew what I meant. She giggled.

"Let me make you feel good." She muttered as she slowly dropped to the ground and pulled off my homey trousers.

"Isn't he so excited?" She asked looking up to me, as she batted her eyelashes. Slowly, she caressed my length and sucked on it. She was one hella s*x addict.

"You need some punishment. Come on here." I said and she obeyed coming back up and kissing me. I turned her around and pulled down her shorts and found that she hadn't had any panties on.

"Oh, sexy and desirable," I muttered seductively as I bent her down, and she laid her half body on the table.

I hit her other butt cheek and she moaned again. I pressed the button and the door closed, locking it further. I didn't want Dory to walk in while I was doing all dirty things.

"Alex, lunch's ready." I heard Dory through the speaker. I pressed the mic button.

"I am hungry," I said and Melanie gave me one dirty look.

GRACE'S POV

The night had to be pretty fun and everyone had a great time. And it was decided that all four of the kids would visit me whenever possible. They loved me and so I wasn't going to reject even though I was gonna die those days.

"Guys, let's sleep. We have to get up early in the morning." I said and a yawn followed behind.

"Yeah. You go and sleep and I'm just gonna go do some work." Sierra said with a small yawn. I have her a look but she made a face and walked away.

"Me, too. I need to send a mail. Grace, you go and rest. We'll be there shortly." Alison said and I nodded because I was pretty tired. All the kids were pretty much hanging with me all the time.

"Okay. Be quick, guys." I said and I left and fell asleep.

When the morning came, all we knew was that we were late. We had to rush everything as fast as possible to be on time at the port. It was a half an hour ride from our place.

"Guys, come on. Go and get a cab and I'll lock." They carried all the luggage and I locked the door. I checked it twice.

"Where are the f*cking cabs when we need them?!" Alison yelled.

"Try the main lane. Come on." We rushed down the blocks to the main lane. We finally found a cab. Still, 25 minutes were left until we had to reach. I hoped that we'd reach.

Finally, the port was in our view. Beautiful as ever with the morning sun rising looking mesmerizing in the clear blue sky. The cab stopped and they both dragged my luggage along with them.

"There you go. Keep the change and thanks a lot." I quickly said to the cab driver and he yelled a big thank you. I had tipped him $5. I was getting late to get the change.

I tried to rush but immediately tripped and fell to the ground. Sierra and Alison pretty much reached the entrance of the port. I immediately got up and saw that the two men at the gate checked something and then took the luggage and were off inside and closed the door.

I panicked as the heard the loud siren of the ship, indicating that it was leaving the port. I immediately ran and pushed the door and it opened, luckily. They hadn't latched the door yet.

I immediately put my leg forward and immediately the ship jerked causing me to jerk backwards.

A/N - I know it was a short chapter. Well, Alex and Grace are finally gonna meet in the next chapter. I hope you guys are excited to know how did they meet.

I know they've met before but they didn't introduce each other or talk. They're gonna talk and I expect you guys commenting on what you think about that.

Also, I'd like to know what you'll think about how they were gonna meet.
