Chapter 6
Elsa's POV
I only lasted a day without Jack when I was 9. I couldn't bare it and now, I'm regretting letting him back in. When ever I make a mistake or get mad, he scolds me. I'd be no where without him though. He honestly has helped me control my powers more.
It's about 8:30 in the morning and Jack usually comes around 8:45 so I have a little bit. Just then I hear a knock at the door. It's Anna again. She still hasn't given up on me.
"Elsa?" she begs, "Come on. I've asked if you want to build a snowman but you never reply so I'm done trying. Please, just give me a chance. It's super lonely out her."
"Anna," I say gently, "I love you so please leave. Just go because I'm not going to come out. Ok? I don't want to yell so I'm not, so I'm asking politely for you to leave."
"Fine," and she stomps away. You know how 11 year olds are. I sit for a while longer and it's 9:15 and Jack still isn't here. I'm a little worried but you can't expect everyone to be on time.
I get bored so I twiddle a ice flake on my hand. I toss it around and when it's in the air a wave my hands and it grows 10 times it's size. I giggle because it implants it's sides and spikes into the ceiling and stay. Then I hear a firm voice,
"What are you doing," I look over and see Jack floating there. As a teenager, Jack has became more attractive to me. His cheekbones stick out, he grew taller, and I sometimes see muscles bulge through his shirt. Crazy that I'm thinking of him attractive. Right?
I look up and the ceiling and lightly say, "I got bored so I was experimenting with my powers." He slowly shakes his head revealing on each side broad shoulders.
"Elsa," he starts, "what did I say about experiencing. It can only lead to finding a power you can't control. Then where would we be." he continues to stare.
"I'm sorry?" I start, "but when did you become my father?"
"Elsa, you know I want to help you, but..."
"But what!" I interrupt, "let me be me!" I yell and a black mist of ice circles my body and spirals out. It hits the walls and gigantic icicles of black ice form on the walls. I stand up in awe and terror and Jack runs to me.
I imminently engulf myself into the warmth and security of his hug. I hug him and can feel every muscle in his body. He has toned seance age nine. He hold me back and our icy blue eyes meet.
"Hate to say it," he says, "but, I told you so." We both giggle a little and then something magical happened.
In the middle of the giggle I feel a pair of lips on mine. It's Jack's. I easily give into the perfectness of his lips and kiss back. This is our first actual kiss together. It is magical. I feel electricity swarm through my body and my finger rub the muscles on his back. He is gently grasping my waist and I never want this moment to end.
We stand there, lip locked, for about 3 minutes when he slowly pulls away. He looks at me in the eyes and says in a deep, romantic voice,
"I have been dreaming about this moment forever. And it's even better than I imagined." I can't help myself and I lean in for another kiss.
He accepts and we kiss again, for what seems like forever. I don't know how long we where kissing but I did know one thing. I never wanted it to end.
