(Y/n) Gets Kidnapped?!!

READER'S POV

We got back to the castle along with our sword fragment and the others had got their pieces as well. I placed the pieces together and the sword looked almost like the one in the book.

"Amazing, I never thought I'd see the day when the Demon Queen's Bane come together like this, you've done really well, (Y/n)."

Karlheinz said in a happy tone as he looked at the sword. I smiled at this and I spoke up.

"I know, it's amazing to look at that's for sure."

Ayato sat down on the couch as he looked at the sword that was on the coffee table.

"But, it's still in pieces, who's got the super glue?"

"I don't think glue is going to fix this Ayato."

Ruki said as he looked at the sword as well. I got the Tome out and I read it carefully checking to see if there's something that can fix the sword.

"Well can be used to fix the sword then? (Y/n), do you have any idea?"

"I'm looking, give me a second."

I then spotted the sword pieces in the book and I read it carefully on to fix the sword. Yui then asked me.

"Since when did you learn how to translate Latin huh?"

"Since I have a brain in my skull unlike you."

The brothers either chuckled or snickered at my comment towards. I then spotted something in the book and then smirked at this.

"Bingo! found it."

"What? what is it?"

Karl asked me and then told them.

"The only way to fix the sword is by saying this spell, what is does, is to awaken the sword's power and then it begins to fix itself and then, it's back together."

"I think we better stand back for this."

Carla said as he and the others stood back while I said the incantation. As I said the incantation, a red-orange aura surrounded the sword pieces and Ayato spoke up.

"Keep going (Y/n), it's working."

I continued to say the incantation and then a bright light appeared that had surrounded the sword and we then covered our eyes. Once the light dimmed slightly, we uncovered our eyes and we saw the sword back together and floated back down onto the coffee table.

"Amazing, Keneko-chan! you did it!"

I smiled at this and then Ruki tried to touch it. Suddenly, there was a spark that came from the sword making Ruki back away while clutching his hand.

"Ah!! damn it!!"

"Ruki are you all right?!"

I shouted as I looked at his hand which was burnt by the sword. Karl ran his hand above the sword slightly so he wasn't touching it and there was a red light coming from the sword. 

"I thought so, the sword has placed a barrier around itself, it'll be impossible for any of us to touch it, except for you, (Y/n)."

I looked at the sword and the dragon mark. I looked at the Tome and I read about the dragon mark.

"Now I get it, so this is what the dragon mark means, it's Himiko's clan symbol and the contract for the Demon Queen's Bane."

I looked at the sword and I looked at it.

"I wonder if what the dog demon said is true?"

I asked myself as I slowly placed my hand near the sword and this time no red light was near the hilt. I gripped onto the hilt and when I did the sword suddenly started glowing again and then it floated upwards again.
