Starting Over

Chapter 14

I just got to the hotel we are staying at in London. We are staying in a couple suites and I am in one with Harry since the other all got settled in the other suites while we were both gone. I am guessing that Harry won't mind since I am crashing at his place in LA when we are there during the tour. I went ahead and unpacked my bags since we will be staying here for a few weeks due to all the promo work that is being done here.

I have been back for a couple hours before Harry got back. I was lounging in the sitting area watching some golf on the telly to pass the time. Glad Harry was back because I was getting really hungry and didn't want to go eat all by myself since everyone else was out enjoying the city. They were gone before I arrived otherwise I would have gone with them.
Harry just tossed his bags in his room and freshened up a little before we headed out. We are not sure on where we are going to eat so we just started walking. Figured we could find something good within walking distance from the hotel. We just made small talk while we walked nothing major just mainly about the weather change from LA and the agenda for the next few weeks. I am just exhausted thinking about everything Harry has to do. He will be crazy busy.
We finally found a pub that looked like a laid back place to enjoy a nice dinner and a few beers. During our meal we talked about what we did back at our homes. I told him about catching up with family and friends. Still don't want to talk about Emma.

The train ride really flew by. I spent the entire trip thinking about Nick. I can't believe out of everyone I ran into him. I think my mum and Gemma were just as surprised as I was when he came home with me to see them.
It has been a couple years since I last seen him but that was just in passing.  However it has been over three years since we actually dated.  We did have a really nice visit and now things won't be so awkward when he interviews me at the radio station.  Nick said he wants to get together here in London over dinner some evening if I was up to it. I just really don't know what to think. I will just tell Niall all about it and see what he thinks.
I have arrived in London at the train station.  I just decided to walk to hotel because it isn't all that far I the fresh air will do me some good.  When I arrive to my room I find Niall there laying on the sofa watching golf. I chuckle to myself because that boy loves him some golf anyway he can get it. Niall and I decide to head out and get some dinner so I quickly drop my bags in my room and freshen up a bit.

We choose to walk around and find a place to eat. We were looking for a nice pub to get good food along with some drinks. When we found one we picked some seats towards the back so we could talk.
Niall was excited to tell me about his trip home. He really enjoyed visiting everyone. I think just by how he is acting that small trip did him good. I can't place my finger on what it is but he seems like a large weight he has been carrying along with him since we met is gone or at least is much lighter. I could listen to Niall talk all night long.   I told Niall a little about my visit but I decided to wait until tomorrow to tell him about Nick.
